Some times they get my order correct, but everytime the service is slow. My last visit i ordered 3 chili cheese burritos. They had a drop of chili and a few sprinkles of cheese. These are over $2 each now. This is unacceptable. I called and they said that the amounts are measured. They did agree to remake. We will see. Do better!
Update: They did remake these for me when I went back. I still don’t understand why it took 10 minutes to makes these. The other Taco Bell near Walmart in Covington is light years faster.

This is by far the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! You may wait a bit on your food, but it’s fresh, right, and made better than any other Taco Bell!! I don’t mind waiting if it’s fresh and they get it right. Do they need to try to cut down on wait time? Sure. But it’s not that big of a deal. Also, the manager there cares! Hopefully this location stays this way!

THE slowest taco bell in America since the first day they opened. I really wanted them to get better because they’re right next door to me, but it’s faster to go 5 minutes away. The wait was horrible then they just gave me one of every sauce instead of what I asked for. It’s like what was the point of opening just close.

Hi this Taco Bell can get a zero from me. Instead of one star why because I order three tacos and three fries they had me wait 20 minutes and when they gave me my food, my fries was totally cold so when I went back in there and asked for hot fries, the boss just gonna look at me didn’t apologize they say nothing and when I did get my hot fries, I still didn’t get no apology. None of that and I think that’s just unprofessional for him and all they do is sitting around talking. I think this is bad business

EXTREMELY SLOW & Horrible Service!!
I placed a mobile order for a *Build Your Own Luxe Box* and was instructed to go inside to pick it up. The app said my order would be ready at **4:23 PM**. I placed the order around **4:18 PM** and waited inside until **4:55 PM** before it was finally brought out.
During that time, I watched several teenage staff members move extremely slowly, with no sense of urgency—standing around talking, laughing, and playing on their phones while orders piled up. A staff member named **Mario**, who was supposed to be handling drive-thru orders, was repeatedly on his phone and joking around instead of working. Eventually, an employee with pink hair came back from break and was the only one who actually helped and confirmed my mobile order.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a fairly new location. Long wait times, lack of urgency, and unprofessional behavior made this the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. I will not be returning to this location and will be contacting corporate as well.

Taco Bell never misses Every time I pull up, the food’s fresh, the drive-thru moves quick, and they never mess up my order. That Crunchwrap hit every time, and the Baja Blast? undefeated. The workers be chill too — good vibes all around. Definitely my go-to late night spot

The first time I came to this particular taco bell location, I swore to myself that I would never come back because of the lousy service and how long it took. After a while, probably 6-8 months, I decided to give them another try since they are right on my way home from work. Now I remember why I swore to never return. I thought this time would be better because I did a mobile order and waited about 10 minutes before leaving my work. Upon arrival, I waited an additional 25 minutes for my food. Mobile orders are supposed to be quicker because you order ahead of time. After waiting in my vehicle for my food to be ready (I was checking the order tracker), I finally got tired of waiting and decided to go inside to ask. I stood there for almost 15 minutes, with employees seeing me and making eye contact, before anyone tried to assist me or greet me or anything. They just ignored me and the other guy waiting on his doordash order. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT visit this taco bell location unless you have an eternity to wait and the patience of a saint. Do better taco bell!!

The one employee I dealt with was nice, but the drive thru took insanely long, they forgot my 2 orders of nacho fries, and my nacho cheese cup for my nachos had a TINY amount of cheese in it. Definitely not enough for a bag of chips.

I visited this Taco Bell location at 12:30 AM, believing I had time to grab a late-night meal since their website indicated they close at 1 AM. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed more focused on closing up than serving customers. I understand that they may have wanted to go home, but a little courtesy goes a long way.
To make matters worse, the food quality was disappointing. It felt like a waste of money, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I will be requesting a refund, as I believe I should not have to pay for such a poor experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this location, and I certainly won’t be returning. What a letdown!
