Excellent costumer service and amazing fresh food. We literally just left this Subway and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to in Racine/Mount Pleasant area. Staff is always polite, quick, and got the order correct. We got 3 pizzas and 3 subs, the food was hot and fresh. I looked it up and this is one of the top three subways in greater Milwaukee area.

This went from a 5-star review to a 1-star review when they tried to sneak a .40 “BAG FEE” onto a sales order. Never before, including this restaurant with the exact same order have I been charged a “BAG FEE”. When I went back into question what this was for, they said it was for the BAG of French Dressing on the side. (Whereas other Subways give TWO bags of French Dressing when purchasing a footlong sub.)
I don’t care whether this is a franchise or corporate owned store, but my visiting on average every two weeks for 2 or more sandwiches has come to an end. Hello Cousins, Jimmy John’s or some other Subway here I come.

Not all Subway’s are equal. Ordered a Ham Sub and it literally had NO meat, so much so I thought I received a veggie sub and the Ham that I did get tasted gross. Something about the bread was off to. You want a good Subway go to the one on Lathrop instead.

I ordered two steak sub footlongs.. received two chicken footlongs I’m disappointed.. this is my second time having an bad experience from this subway business place.. my first bad experience was during the summer time I asked for more cheese on my footlong.. when the husband yelled at me for asking about more cheese I’m very disappointed.. I used to love coming to this place but I think this will be the last time

This Subway location not only has all the ingredients expected, it made beautiful sandwiches that tasted awesome and didn’t slop everywhere when biting into it.

Out of all the subways in Racine, the spring street location is BY FAR my favorite!! It’s always the same two people working and they’re always polite, extremely courteous, and very quick! Their customer service is impeccable and the food is what it should be. The vegetables are always fresh and never soggy. I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in, and no matter how busy they are, they make the sandwiches quick and never complain or show attitude, they’re always pleased to take care of you. It’s rare to find that nowadays, especially in fast food. ChicFilA ain’t got nothin on this subway
