This place is located in Rocket Mortgage Field House on the Street level by Portal 26. I am a Cavs season ticket holder and ate here during a Cavs game.
I had the 1/2lb Platter with Cole Slaw & Mac and cheese and ordered a side of fries. Pulled pork was decent and needed additional sauce. Eaten together with the Slaw Cleveland style was good. Fries were just a frozen fry cooked in bulk but understandable for an arena. There is another stand nearby with fresh cut fried and those are great. The Mac and Cheese is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Do owners/managers actually taste the product? Noodles were overcooked with watery texture and sauce had no flavor and more of a gritty consistency. Again I know this is not a high end restaurant but food at an arena; they called it a smokehouse, not me 🙂
I would say skip this one for the price and by comparison can never go wrong with old fashioned “stadium” hot dogs.

Really not good food. Pulled chicken was way under seasoned and over priced. It was a cheap bun with only soggy pulled chicken. No toppings of any kind. The side of Mac n cheese was also wet and super cheap ingredients. Pretty disappointed.

Ballpark location. Food pre-made in plastic containers. Bun stuck to bottom- how do I eat this! Absolutely NO sauce. $14.50 for pulled sandwich. Just AWFUL

Arena small portions, elevated price. Cold barbecue. Soupy mac n cheese, 12 fries. Never do that again.

Horrible. Ordered two pulled pork sandwiches, and one grilled cheese. Took 30 minutes only for them to tell me the pork was SPOILED and couldn’t be served. Substituted pulled chicken. Minimal amount of sauce, not hot. Grilled cheese was soggy, greasy, and not appetizing at all. That and 3 regular sodas was over $60. Incredibly overpriced and underwhelming.
