Bought quite a bit of food, a variety of items, for a group of people. On the advertised day of 75th anniversary, 2 tacos for .75¢ & they tasted 75 years old. Cheeseburgers, chicken burgers, curly fries & tacos all dried out & smashed into small lunch size bags. The food was prepared in time, but really tasted as it had been sitting around forever. Worst food I ever tasted from JIB. I don’t plan on going back to this JIB anytime soon.

I was very impressed with this jack in the box and there excellent customer service i came in after 10 Pm not expecting much on November 15th but the food was excellent and came out fast. They also explained that the lobby was closing early and they were apologetic about it even though that’s something that isn’t in their control. That’s going above and beyond in customer service! Thanks jack in the box!

This location was very friendly. I was able to dine in while I was waiting for my windshield replacement next door. I was the only one in the dining room and my order was prepared very quick. The taste of my meal was good. The only issue was the order taker had active listening issues. I requested my sandwich to be prepared with only ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cheese. He heard everything except for ketchup. Luckily ketchup is available in packets. This was a minor error and didn’t hinder the experience. I would still recommend this location for it’s friendly and fast service. Also a great place to eat while getting your windshield replaced.

Every time I order from this Jack in the box they always mess up my food i literally only order 3 things a super easy order and they didn’t give me my milkshake or my mini tacos every time I call the place no one picks up I went all the way down there to get my food that I paid for just for them to tell me no they couldn’t give it to me I really recommend not going to this one and go to the one down the street

I ordered the teriyaki bowl combo and then a side of curly fries with it. They then replaced the egg roll with the curly fries then tried to argue with me when I said I wanted the egg roll as well and charged $5 for an egg roll.

They need to fix the women’s restroom handicap metal bars. I tried to hold on and it felt loose. Better get that fix soon or you get sued.
