They only have two kinds of cheese for you to choose from. They do not have the spicy pickle chips. They weren’t paying attention when we were ordering so we had to keep repeating ourselves. They had the dining area shut down. The drink station was a mess and was not stocked.

The girls serving were horrible, they laughed and cracked jokes with each other the entire time. One of the girls was on the phone talking loud while trying to take orders. Both were super loud and throwing food on the counter to start orders. Not paying attention to the order. They guy working was just sitting on his phone. Maybe someone needs to come train them on being professional.

Ordered online 45 minutes before pickup.. got there and there isn’t a mobile pickup and nothing was made. Workers were clueless until the found my receipt.. toaster has been broken for over a month. Subway should just shut this place down.

Veggies and Meat were soggy, had a weird taste to them as well. Somehow dripped grease, I’ve never heard of subway meat being greasy. Weird residue on veggies too, tasted like sauce from gloves. Tasted weird but it was still stomachable to a degree

Came at 8:45 today to find it closed, was calling for a guy behind a wall he totally ignored me. I had to come in and ask for a sandwich and tell him that it is only 8:45. He responded that he doesnt care “he’s gotta go” ♂️ women at that gas station location also told me like I dont understand something.. that “he needs a tome to wash everuthing etc, therefore he will close 8:30”. Based on that information I am updating hours of this location to 8:30, to prevent other people experiencing same inconvenience. Service is also pretty bad, after today I will probably go to publix sandwich area instead.

Slowest location in Naples. Workers at lunch time don’t move any faster than a crawl. They are always too busy flirting and chatting with each other and customers. They need to understand lunch time is limited for the ppl getting lunch from them.

I love the service here. Of course, it’s subway, so it’s a chain.. But the employees here are always extra helpful and knowledgeable. It’s inside the gas station and so easy tio access as well as kill two birds.
