At Tacomasa, we’re not just serving tacos, we’re delivering the authentic flavor of Tijuana with excellence, heart, and faith. Every tortilla is hand-pressed, every salsa made fresh daily, and every bite carries the soul of our cultura.
We move fast, serve with purpose, and treat every guest like familia. Built with faith. Led with excellence. That’s the Tacomasa way.

Tacomasa is an absolute gem, and our experience was made even better by the incredible service from Jose. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to walk us through the menu and offer thoughtful recommendations.
The food itself was outstanding—everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. The tacos were packed with flavor, the tortillas were soft and clearly fresh, and the salsas had just the right balance of heat and depth. You can really tell this place takes pride in what they serve. Jose’s positive attitude and professionalism elevated the entire experience.
Great food, great atmosphere, and truly exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back.

I stumbled on this place after some shopping at the Brea mall. And I was happy to have stumbled! The place had a great vibe with Mexican music bumping, glass walls to give it an open feel and an open kitchen to see the cooks doing their thing. They even got a little spit back there. The young gentleman was very enthusiastic about this place and the food. I ordered the deluxe trio which is an order of 3 queso tacos. I got the pollo asado, adobada, and asada. I liked them in that order. The pollo asado surprised me! Gas. It’s a healthy amount of food for one person. The drink lineup was very nice as well. They had unique options like guyabana, platano and sandia, along with the classics like horchata, pepino and jamaica. Overall great experience. I’ll be back. Thank you!

First time eating here I got the 2 taco combo. It was good and the tacos were bigger than I expected. The tortillas are made by hand and fresh and the asada was quality meat. The staff was super friendly and informative of menu suggestions and customer service i specifically would like to shout out Natalie and Ivan, they both were very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Brea. Perfect place for lunch or a quick bite while shopping.

Overall great quality and would come back for the tacos.
Quality: Quality of the tacos was great, almost matching Tijuana taquerias, the guacamole being included is nice. We tried a combo with rice and beans which were OK and felt a tad small.
Price: $4.95 for a taco is steep but is unfortunately the going rate for 2026 at shops like this.
Drinks: There are self-serve auga frescas which were OK, but nothing special, although they do have a large variety including platano/banana
Vibe: Nice vibe with the outdoor patio. Overall similar to the previous rolled tacos and other Mexican food restaurants that have been on this spot at the far end of Downtown Brea for years/perhaps a decade

I first noticed Tacomasa when I was in Long Beach but was too full to try it. So when I saw they finally opened a location in Brea, I was excited to check it out. I ordered the two taco combo with rice and beans and chose the carne asada and lengua. The carne asada was good, but the lengua was the clear winner. Super tender and flavorful. I’d definitely come back to try their other meats.

Surprisingly amazing. Prices were affordable and the food was great.
Currently unlimited/self serve refills which is insane, tasty Jamaica and Horchata. I do doubt the drinks being like that forever because it’s too good to be true for self serve and unlimited refills.
(Just get a small cup and keep refilling^)
I got pork tacos, wasn’t burnt or too much oil. Decent amount of everything in my burrito.
Red sauce kinda felt like a paste, nothing special.
Seating seems okay till it gets packed, currently 12 on a Monday and it had a line of maybe 10-15 people?

Rare to find delicious, authentic tasting Mexican food in Brea (OC in fact). I ordered the carne asada burrito and it did not disappoint. The meat was seasoned well, the flour tortilla used was of good quality, and the salsa was spicy (always the key ingredient to good Mexican food imo). Bonus…the beverage choices were also very good.
