You pay a lot of money for a meal at Panera… so I don’t understand how they can give you a half filled cup of fruit… it says it should be 5oz, but when I took it home and weighed it, it was only 3.88oz.

I hope this place improves. I’ve been here twice. The drive thru order took about 40 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. I purchased a BBQ chicken sandwich. The sandwich was a disappoint and was so bland without any toppings.
I contacted Panera and was told their franchise manager would reach out…. Nothing. No contact whatsoever.
The second time I went inside. The staff members were polite and my BBQ chicken sandwich was actually had sauce and toppings and tasted good. I hope this place continues to improve because it’s great to see a semi-healthy place on base.

Polite service. They are just getting operational with the lunch rush of base so I don’t expect them to be the best yet. They have kiosks to order or order in person and ahead on the app. Good food and drink options. I’ll be back.

ALWAYS CK YOUR ORDERS TO GO OR DRIVE THRU. ORDERED SALADS TO GO NO UTENSILS OR NAPKINS THROUGH DRIVE THRU! OTHER TIMES SALAD INCOMPLETE…NO MANDARINES AND IF THEY WERE OUT NO MENTION WHEN ORDERED. NO COURTESY TOO MEANS NO MORE BUSINESS!

Not sure what the point of the drive through is since you wait 30-40 min minimum each time. Also they don’t allow you to get the “free side” that’s listed on the menu? It says you can get bread, chips, or apple as a “free side” with your salad but they said that is not the case at the window 🙁

I don’t give bad reviews based on one experience. This was my third time here. The service is very slow. Be prepared to wait around for 30mins to an hour regardless of how few customers are there.

It’s a tad bit slow, but that’s to be expected when your good food is made to order. The summer strawberry basil drink is refreshing. I’m sad they took away the all day availability of croissants

Inconsistent portion sizes. I order the same salad every week and have a few items added, such as hard boiled egg and avocado. Sometimes I get a while egg cut in half, sometimes just a half. Same with avocado and other additions. In addition, the lettuce base portion size greatly varies. Expensive salad for small portions
