I found this place kind of by accident when I was looking for a sandwich shop while out doing business. The dude behind the counter not only had a wicked cool fade but was really nice and personable. The food was awesome. The Dutch crunch bread obviously fresh, the halal chicken in my sandwich was moist and juicy and the boom boom sauce was awesome. I will definitely look for these guys at Berkeley where I’m around more but it’s good to know that there’s one in Hayward.

Awesome sandwich shop! Both my wife and I loved our sandwich. Fresh Dutch Crunch bread and the flavors were excellent. We’re from out of the area but need to swing by close to here for business a couple times a month. After today’s visit (first time), we will be coming back for good grub for sure!

Tried the Punisher sub and it was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The ambience is modern and inviting, definitely a cool spot to hang out. They’ve got a big menu, so I’m already planning to come back and try something new next time.
It can be a bit tricky to find a spot during the lunch rush. But overall, great food and vibe. Worth checking out if you’re in Hayward!

I had the Pikachu and curly fries. The sandwich is packed pretty full of flavor and is a bit messy. Very filling for a 6inch. The curly fries were pretty good. Pretty cool spot.

Crave Subs in Hayward is seriously one of the best sandwich spots around. The bread is always fresh and perfectly toasted, the portions are big, and everything tastes super clean and high quality. The workers were friendly and got my order out fast even when it was busy. You can actually tell they care about what they make.

Craves serves up great subs and loaded fries. A must try if you haven’t been. My favorite is the Ed Edd and Eddy sub.. The homemade cookies they bake are delicious as well. The owner is very kind and welcoming. They have veggie options as well if you don’t eat meat.

This is my favorite sub spot! The atmosphere is fun and inviting. The portion sizes are great! I have food sensitivities and this place has never caused me any symptoms. I have referred all my friends and my whole school body to this place. They are awesome! When my classmates go the come back and tell how much they enjoyed the food. Serveral departments have used their superb catering services as well. Love this place!

Our family loves is here and we visit a few times a month for their delicious sandwiches. The comic book theme is fun and they have a variety of hot and cold sandwiches. Also, a good selection of appetizers and side items. Everything is fresh and service is friendly and quick. Totally recommend!
