My wife and I stopped by for lunch here. Waitress was awesome and super sweet. We ordered then waited a bit for our food. There wasn’t many people so got me thinking about it.
Finally got our food and it “looked” good. We started eating it and I don’t know how to describe it but calling it bland. Crust was think so pizza kept breaking. To flavor to any of the toppings. If there was a flavor, it was the bland pre frozen chicken breast which left a bad taste.
Worst of all, the pizza had some sort of baking paper on the bottom! It wasn’t on every slice but we we lifted several slices and found them randomly.
This was highly disappointing. We suspected more from trying our first Zeeks pizza. Waitress was nice but whoever is the cook needs training or to be reviewed. I usually check reviews first, but didn’t this time. Now seeing all the mixed reviews, I would’ve never came here.

Unfortunately this time the pizza was the worst. Never mind it was 20 minutes late which was ok but they delivered us a burned ice cold pizza that was the worst pizza ever. I tried this store delivery twice before and it was good. But not this time. I am very disappointed how they will allow such pizza to leave the store ???

Did take out tonight (sat night). Order was ready when I arrived, cashier was friendly. Food delicious! Love their chop salad <3 Also tried the pesto bacon breadsticks for first time-omg! Sooo good

Pizza is delicious, the ingredients are high quality. Quite pricey.
The experience of ordering from them is excruciating. Their app is kind of annoying, and the time estimate almost always is wrong. Routinely I wait 10-20 mins or more after showing up to pick up.

Ordered takeout and got a large pizza, half John Candy and half Dragon. Then a small pizza, Legion of Shroom. Both were very good and definitely had some left over for 2 people for the large pizza. Prices have gone up in the past years, but where hasn’t it?

Every time I come here, there are no customers, but my pizza takes forever to pick up. There is no urgency to help me when I arrive. Either they are short staffed, or they do not care about in-person customers. And, last time I called in for an order, the person on the phone was rude. I had to cancel my order after that.
I would suggest focusing on speed of service, hospitality and phone etiquette. The decor is great and looks like you can fit many customers inside. The food is good, but the care for customers is lacking.

I ordered a medium half-and-half pizza; 1/2 was Greek which turned out just perfect and the other half was the veggie Thai. It’s missing the pickled carrots and daikon along with the cilantro, when half the ingredients are missing and you’re charging me $28; I am disappointed!! ☹️

Stay away. Deliveries were going to the wrong place and Pizzas were getting remade for bad quality.
Extremely long wait for pizza that is not worth it. Much, much worse than Kirkland location. Ordered Pizza and was told delivery was 20 minutes later. Ended up being an hour. There were 5-6 other people in same situation, at least the staff, all of whom could care less, are getting $20 an hour. Pizza is extremely expensive for what you get. Almost $30 for a medium, mediocre pizza is an absolute joke, there is no situation in life where I would eat here again. Luckily for them they are in the base of an apartment building and so will stay in business for awhile.

I ordered a medium half pepperoni half mushroom and was quoted that it would cost $17 over the phone. When I went to go pick it up they charged me $27 because they said I split the pizza in half! And it tasted like cardboard…thanks to the owner/manager for refunding half of my $- I really appreciate that!

Quite a nice medium size seating area that was clean. I came during an off hour but the staff were super friendly and made my order quickly, even while juggling tons of door dash orders and Uber eats that came through the door. The pizza is really good as well, and you get a lot of bang for the buck.
