Customer service is horrible! I ordered a chicken teriyaki wrap online and when I got it, there was NO lettuce or the other veggies I ordered – there literally was only 5 little pieces of lettuce. When I went back in to ask for more lettuce, I was told “That’s how the wrap comes” (which wasn’t even the length of a 6” by the way they wrapped it up so small) so when I asked if I could just put it on bread, I was told I would be charged for another sub then, meaning I had to pay for their mess up. Ridiculous….

Fresh bread, but everything else was old. Super old ham, and the veggies looked so old and bad I just avoided them. If you like veggies on your sandwich avoid this place. If you are starving and need to eat. I guess it’s okay. I didn’t die. I would avoid this place if possible

When you order online it gives you options for 2 sides with your meal. They didn’t want to give me a cookie with my chips even though I had the option. We got a total of 2 meals so 2 sides each and they said we can only have 2 chips. RUDE. The one on chicago street is better.

Subway sandwiches have competition of other subways and other sub chains, more than ever. This location has prices that are about $1 higher than the ones on 59 or Chicago St. The second reason to not like this location is they DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS (online or paper coupons). Lastly, they put so little toppings on the sandwiches. They seem to count how many strips of thin little green peppers they put on. I have to beg for more. I happily go to the other locations that are more customer friendly. The owner is nice enough and says, “hello my frieeend” when you come in but the high prices and no coupons sends me elsewhere.

I ordered 2 sandwich platters (10 footlongs) for $110. The employee was friendly. Unfortunately, the sandwiches hardly had any meat at all on them. I basically brought lettuce and tomato sandwiches to my party. I will no longer order a sandwich from Subway unless I can watch it being made. I feel completely ripped off. I do not recommend.

The team here was so quick and friendly. The bread was fresh, and they actually had a full selection of bread. I’ve gone to many other Subways that are out of certain breads. Vishnu was so pleasant and cheerful. I would definitely go back to this location.

Everything you would want from your neighborhood Subway. Kind and efficient employees, quick service, fresh ingredients. A delicious, satisfying, custom sandwich for each of us, seated in a clean, quiet eat-in area, and we even got to keep nearly half of our $20.

This subway has fresh ingredients every day. They actually rotate their bread so it’s always fresh too. They do a really good job with ratios of veg to mayo and stuff too. I like subway, but this location is my favorite subway

Worst subway ever, you ask for more vegetables and they just put one leaf of spinach, I ask for more jalapeños and they just put one. The service horrible. Not going there again. If I could give 0 starts I would.
