Food was great, service was horrible. Went with a friend, the guy at the register proceeded to not say a word upon walking in. As I was ordering I asked for a açaí bowl with only banana & granola. As he was stating “no strawberries, no blueberries, no honey” I simply asked to add honey back on because I forgot. He threw his hands up, and didn’t say anything. After eating there, I went back to order another açaí bowl for my boyfriend that was at home. Upon walking up to order, he just stared at me and said “What do you want?”.

Visited this location for the first time yesterday. Got an açaí berry boost smoothie and a turkey bacon ranch sandwich. The smoothie was excellent and I would get it again but the sandwich left a bit to be desired. It tasted like the bread was maybe about to expire or something, I can’t really put my finger on it but it was maybe a little stale. The store itself is very clean and the customer service was good.

Advertised closing at 9pm online and on door but arrived at 845pm and lights are out all staff are standing inside and locking the door EARLY. If you dont want business maybe you should change your closing time that you advertise. Thats poor service and VERY UNPRPFESSIONAL! Ill make sure to take my service elsewhere! Horrible business model and when you mention maybe they should change the time and the employee smiles at you very UNPROFESSIONAL! DO BETTER!
