Nobody came to assist at the front when we were waiting. Nobody even acknowledged us after standing and waiting for a few minutes finally had to ask for assistance to order as I wanted to pay cash not card. It took awhile to get our food. The double whooper wasnt bad but the briskett burger had no briskett on it and the onion sauce was so minimal and all plopped in the middle of the burger. It was basically a patty with cheese on a bun for $31 for 2 meals I expected more and at least a little service. Also i dined in but it was given to us as a to go as we were not even asked.

I had visited this BK before 2 or 3 times in the drive thru and everything was fine. I decided to stop by and dine in with my kids and we had a bad experience! I asked for 2 burgers plain with cheese only and of course we got them with no cheese and all the veggies. Not only did they make them wrong, but we waited over 20 minutes just to get them made wrong. I asked the girl who took my order, when I ordered that I needed them with only meat and cheese. In total, we were there for around 40 minutes and we just ended leaving because we had already been there so long! My daughters just ended up the burgers home because they were already full from eating the fries while waiting. Also, the manager was getting orders ready and he saw me standing at the counter with 2 burgers, one in each hand and he didn’t even acknowledge me. It was not until several minutes later, that the cashier that was working both the front counter and the drive thru came back and had them redo the burgers. We still had to wait about 10 minutes after they started making the burgers the 2nd time, because the manager and the cashier were just standing around talking with their hands on their waist. I understand that big companies like BK want to save money, but it’s not very convenient for us customers when the customer service is lacking! I most definitely won’t be back to this BK.

The food took WAY longer than it should have. They weren’t busy and were STILL behind. I’ve been here twice now and it was this way BOTH times. What happened to FAST food? Ended up waiting 15 minute for a total of 4 burgers, 4 piece chicken nuggets and cheese sticks, and 3 fries. Only for the the burgers to be cold and the manager acted like we were trying to get free food.

We came in the morning around 11am today to grab food, the service was just amazing, the cashier she was so friendly, the food, delicious. We had a really bad experience at the Dinuba Burger King but here the service was so much better!

Pretty good place to eat at. Orders can take long, but food usually is steaming hot. So that’s a good thing for me personally. Service is pretty great. Atmosphere can be a little dull.

This establishment has really bad customer service. The lady who I believe was the manager was completely rude, she even made snarky comments to her worker in front of customers. After i placed my order on their machines, I wanted to pay cash and she didn’t acknowledge me. I then ended up paying with card and i asked her if order went through and she simply said “No” and moved on without trying to take my order or make sure i did not need assistance.
