Usually Little Cesars has been good but these last visits, my pizza makes me sad. I was waiting in the car line told fresh cheese bread would be put in for me. If I could wait out front for 5 min. Not only did they forget about me, but i went inside finally . They handed me a box. I opened and was so sad to see hard cold cardboard plastic bubbles all over my pizza. You get what you pay for. Never again

This evening at 6:37pm Annette, I believe thats how you spell her name, was so sweet, and patient with us. I absolutely loved her positive smile and demeanor, with every customer that passed she kept the same energy. I love eating pizza here so im definitely coming back.

I specifically asked if 3 meat hot and ready was ready before paying. I ordered that and extra most best pepperoni. After I paid I was told the 3 meat was in the oven. The oven time is 5 minutes. Five minutes later I asked what the wait was for and was told it’s in the oven and will be out in 5 minutes. That means it wasn’t in the oven yet when they told me it was. The crew in the back were in one the deception. I had food waiting in my vehicle for a party. That’s why I wanted hot and ready. I would have taken anything that was ready if they had just been honest. Then as I’m leaving the guy who caused this yells “have a nice day”. That was totally disrespectful! He’s the one who made my day bad! He shouldn’t work in customer service. Also, because of the wait they were going to give me a fresh extra most best pepperoni (The one I paid for it by the way) but they said they would give me 2 fresh pizzas so 1 wasn’t warm and 1 hot. Guess what? They didn’t! I got home to a warm extra most best pepperoni.

In my 40-plus years of life, I have never been more disgusted and upset with an eating establishment. I’ve been coming to this Little Ceasars Pizza across from Judson High since moving to Texas. I came in today, January 25, 2024, around 7 pm and got a hot and ready. I looked at the pizza and asked how long it’s been in the oven because I thought it looked weird. The employee came over and said oh that’s normal because of the crust. I get home and leave the pizza for my kids. I come downstairs to see if any was left, and these two slices in the box were in there. Some on purpose look like the took a bite out of the pizza before throwing it in the oven to cook. They need there was no dough from it being either bitten or took off. These copies lose so much money by hire horrible managers to the absolute worst employees. There is no exceptable excuse for this. I have always tipped well coming here. I’m done with this and every other food location that hires these young people with not ethic or pride in there job or life.

Called in a pizza order and was told 20-25 minutes. We get there to get pizza and was told to go to drive thru. Went to drive thru paid and was told to pull around front it’s still gonna be 5 to 10 more minutes. So after waiting 50 minutes for our pizza’s they bring them out and when checking them they were not made correctly. Ordered pizza light sauce and got extra sauce. Ordered a stuff crust pepperoni and got a regular pepperoni pizza. When I asked to speak to manager the guy said he was the manager and I told him and all he said was ok and went back inside and locked the door. Worst service ever.

Employee using the “F-word” a lot in the kitchen not realizing that a customer was as the counter. Went to the door later and said as he adjusted something at the door and said, “That’s why I didn’t hear him walk in”, while I’m sitting right there waiting for my order. Probably won’t come back to this one even though it’s closer to where I live….

Burnt pizza also I asked for some bread sticks seasoning on the side (as I always do from this place) the girl didn’t know what I was talking about said parmesan like six times then after explaining she said yes but still seemed confused then tried to charge me for some. It’s not a menu item. What did she even type into the register (Parmesan is my guess since they actually sell that) its just a season they put on bread sticks not that hard to grasp the concept but I guess the staff were new or something since it’s a pizza place first and foremost and I received a burnt pizza. Y’all had one job. Get it together.
