Absolutely horrible…go into the store everyone is sitting on the equipment doing nothing..when I get my order since it’s slow I figured everything should be good…No…the onion rings were rock hard I hit one off my table and it shattered. My chicken sandwiches? ice cold I didn’t even think it was possible to be that cold. What’s worse is the manager just hangs out with the staff like they are besties…I will never go back to this burger king and can’t believe it would ever be ran the way it is $60 down the drain and this used to be the best one..if I could rate it 0 stars I would. The only good part was the cashier that waited on me was super nice

I go here to get my son a bacon cheeseburger all time well today is the last time I will be. Girl wants to get snippy and give me dirty looks because I ask for a carrier for the drinks . If she didn’t wanna do her job she should go somewhere else very disrespectful customer service

BEYOND a waste of time and money.
Ordered a decent amount of food, over half of it was missing, what did arrive was made incorrectly. Called to ask about it, more than willing to come pick up what was missing if they at least would make it. barely got two words out when I was told to call doordash about it, despite ordering through BK. Asked them to just check if it was still there. Rudely told they cant do anything about it. 65 dollars. Recieved about 15 dollars in food. Insane.
Dont waste your time or money here.

We went in the drive through, had ordered online and had to sit at the window for 5 minutes while some worker yelled at someone in the back before we got acknowledged. Then I got my pie basically thrown at me and then was told they don’t have the Frankenstein sundae after I already paid, got an oreo one instead which was cheaper and wasn’t offered to be charged for that instead. It’s the one closest to where I live but I probably won’t be going to it again. Especially since after all that I got a straw and a fork for my sundaes.

I like the location of this place because it is easy to enter and exit; it is by itself off the road. The drive through is fast and the food was hot and good. It is also a nice location with pine trees all around it and a nearby railroad track. The parking lot is big. The prices are the usual; the cost of everything has gone up recently, especially food, everywhere.

Boycotted this particular BK for awhile because they never get the order right even if you order something off the menu with no modifications,decided to give them another chance today because I worked an 11hr shift & pick it up on my way home spending nearly 60$ ordering for my family only to get home & everything in my bag was either made wrong or not in the bag & received items I didn’t order so therefore someone else order is wrong
Manager was walking around on a the phone complaining about about how tired she was & not paying any attention to the horrible job her employees were doing,could care less because she was tired
Done with Burger King & spending my hard earned $$$ just to get wrong food

Very poor service. I was told that they didn’t have any onion rings. They were running out of buns asked if I would switch to another kind of bun. Waited 20 minutes for food. Cold French fries. Now I know why burger king restaurants are closing.

I will not be going here anymore! Everytime we go here multiple things are forgotten or one thing but never no matter if they are busy or the only car in the drive thru .Not sure what has happened in the past year but out of the four times I have been here this year the only time they didn’t forget something is when we went inside to eat. Really need a manager on site at all thlines or something. We were given a complimentary herskey pie for waiting in the drive thru for my cheesy tots and they still forgot to put them in the order. Nanticoke burger king is always busy no wonder why . Need a manager at the Hanover location all young kids who don’t give a shit and hate their job .

Ask for a large fry, majority of the “fries” were onion rings. Cold and stale smh lmao ridiculous. You guys could have literally just stated you did not have any fries left to sale, and I would have ordered something else. Waste of 9 dollars.
