After 13 amazing years at Crescent Ballroom, we’re excited to announce that our restaurant, Cocina 10, is moving to a new space just a 5-minute walk away, and we named it Condesa! Located at 130 N Central Ave, Phoenix AZ – above Valley Bar. You asked for lunch, and it’s back! We’ll be serving lunch, dinner, and all your favorites. Don’t worry, you can still get a burrito and donuts while you watch your favorite bands at Crescent Ballroom at Condesa at Crescent, but for the full Condesa experience (and table service!), come visit us at the new spot. I travel a lot and i can say this is One of the best Mexican or Spanish club I have been to in AZ. The setting is awesome. You can sit and enjoy the music or go to the dance floor.
The setting is so matured with less college folks .

Located in a historic building, the atmosphere is great. Nice small music venue. The food is decent. The veggie tacos were a 10/10. Nachos were good too. Chips and salsa- not really salsa (hot sauce in a squeeze bottle). The waitress was nice but seemed to like the only one serving the entire restaurant on a Tuesday night so the service was slow and distracted but not her fault

The cheesy bean dip was SO good we had sangrias and pomelo punch that was 10/10 THEN our food came. We got the California burritos amd carne asada tacos and ohhhhh it was sooooooo good i recommend 10/10 next time i come to phoenix i am coming back!!!! Sooo fresh so tasty soooo good!

Fantastic food plated nicely even for a to-go order! Everything was fresh and hot and even though we got takeout the atmosphere in the restaurant seemed really fun and there was a live show of some sort going on when we popped in to grab our stuff. The door guy was super awesome too, I didn’t grab his name because I didn’t think of it at the time but we came in yesterday (sun august 4th) in the evening. He was on top of anyone coming into the restaurant and super friendly and eager to help us find/check our order before we were back on our way.

Went for National Margarita Day. I had Al Pastor & Carne Asada tacos. Both were tasty. Two house Margaritas with chili salt, very good. Interior was very dark. Two restrooms, one women, other unisex, so had a several minute wait. Open late. Live music. With so many dining options, no need to visit again
