I waited about 20 minutes for my mobile order and no one ever asked what I was waiting for or checked on it. It was frustrating standing there while employees walked by without acknowledging customers waiting for online pickups. Mobile ordering is supposed to save time, but this experience did the opposite. Finally when I asked for my order, they started to make it.

My protein bowl that was supposed to have 4 scoops of chicken only had about less than 70% of that. Chipotle advertises 4 ounces per serving of chicken and my scale only reads three quarters of what’s supposed to be there and that is with the container. In addition to this, the buy one get one sale ended right at 4 which was a major shortcoming for those who have been waiting in line the entire hour.

Wonderful experience Monday evening! I went in around 8 o’clock to get a burrito to go. The service was on point and it didn’t look like they were out of anything. I know the first couple days were a little rough, but my experience was on par with any other chipotle that I’ve been to. If they keep this up, they’re going to do great in Lemoore!

Well, thought I’d try the new chipotle since it’s closer to home . Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I got 11 pieces of meat , yes 11, on my entire bowl. It’s sad when it’s countable. My husband paid for queso on his bowl and didn’t get any. This is sad for an establishment that just opened.
