I purchased the chocolate and vanilla flavors, but they didn’t taste like gelato, which was very disappointing. They have limited selections of flavors and toppings. This ice cream store is situated inside the Findlay Market. It’s easily accessible by taking the free Connector streetcar.

Surprised when you walk by they don’t offer to help you or even a free sample to draw you in like the other places in the market. Nice set up though as I can only speak on looks as I didn’t eat any.

Great place for a treat. Dojo states their gelato is “creamy and dense”, which is quite accurate. Not as dense as ice cream, but not as fluffy as gelato in Italy. We also had a hot Chai which was absolutely delicious! Great customer service too!

Located inside Findlay Market. We had trouble finding it following Google Maps GPS but a worker from Findlay Market helped us locate Dojo at the end of the market.
4/5 on the Gelato, many different flavors to pick from, reasonable price. There is outdoor seating right next to Dojo.

Got 2 scoops, Rowdy Girl Scout and Dutch Chocolate. Both were smooth chocolate base. The girl scout tasted like the Dutch Chocolate with thin mints mixed in. Would probably skip the Girl Scout next time, but thats just cause I don’t like thin mints. For 6.25 I thought it was a good deal.

A contender to Graeter’s uncontested “Best ice cream in Cincinnati” title? Dojo ice cream is handcrafted, from scratch. Fresh gelati and sorbetti is created every day in their kitchen with growth-hormone-free milk from Ohio and, whenever possible, produce from local farmers. Never any artificial flavorings or extracts. Michael, the owner, studied traditional gelato techniques with Italian pastry masters in New York City. He also attended Penn State’s legendary Ice Cream Short Course at the Berkey Creamery. Prepare to be in a treat.

Vietnamese coffee is excellent. Had on the cookie sandwich. Comes in a bag as shown. Cookies are delicious but biting the sandwich squeezes gelato out big time because cookies are so chewy and hard to bite through so ended up scooping gelato out of the bag…. if doing again I would get cookies on the side and gelato in a cup.
