Just tried it for first time after seeing it parked at the local Nijiya Market in torrance. Amazing food and Takuma was super nice. My Mom gad the Takuma special burger #1, she said it was delicious, wife had the curry chicken cutlet which i also tried, amazing! I had the Crab cake burger…also amazing! Also had waffle cut fries and sweet potato fries, really good with the custom made ketchup and ranch sauces.

You should try out their Japanese-style curry burger. It has an amazing and unique flavor that you cannot taste anywhere else. Also, the crispiness of deep fried chicken katsu and juiciness of chicken meat in the burger make a very good texture combination.

First of all, the patty is, of course, delicious!
It’s thick and juicy. And they use baby leaves instead of lettuce, which also pairs perfectly with the sauce – it’s amazing!
When I added the fries to the combo, the ketchup and basil sauce went perfectly together – it was a taste I’d never tried before, but it was so delicious I was hooked!
They operate from a truck around LA, so it’s a good idea to check their Instagram or other social media accounts to see where they’ll be open on any given day!
