A great small business, far away from the run of the mill road side restaurants. Simple menu, everyone in the family tried something different and everyone agreed it was very tasty. Cost is what you would expect for a road side stop but we added chips and sodas for four along with a slice of carrot cake and the total as under $50. Service was great and friendly. A fun and tasty stop, recommended for families.

This was such an unexpected gem to come across. The gentleman inside was so nice to speak with, the store was clean (to include the bathroom), and they had Zots and rock candy!

Nice stop to buy snacks and have a restroom break in a clean bathroom. Make sure to make your purchases prior to using the restroom. The proprietor was very friendly. Definitely recommend stopping here during your adventures in the desert!

A well placed stop on the road if you need a bathroom break or a treat. Just be aware that you really, really, really have to buy something. I mean really. They have every right to make that rule, of course, and they need to make a living, but the signs were a bit much. They had some great looking frozen treats, and some fun stuff to look at outside.

Reuben was great. Very friendly owner. Random, but needed stop on our drive to the Grand Canyon South Rim from Hoover Dam.

The BEST biscuit and gravy I’ve ever had. It reminds you of old times with the prices and atmosphere. If you ever in the area, stop by and support. Remember to support small businesses!

I’ve eaten twice here. Drop in after doing bike rides on Big Wash Road, a mile north of the store. They’ll make whatever sandwich you like (as long as they have the ingredients) for a good price.

I went to Grasshopper Junction because my jeep was overheated. Only thing I can tell you for sure is that water is not free!! And the help? Well, helpful is not a common theme, as far as I can tell.
