Great food and service by Kim.
However great the food is, quality service is important to me, and I value staff that are friendly, helpful, and accurate. Kim meets those criterions, so I take offense when staff members who ensure the security and safety of the store and stock from customers attempting to sneak into the back, are then wrongfully accused of being rude and unhelpful. Companies and managers should be celebrating such staff that ensure the order and security of their establishment, not punishing them for actions not their own.
It is the happy, helpful, and ever-vigilant staff that keep me coming back to a place, as I thus enjoy the interaction in addition to the food. Without good employees of this caliber, it becomes just another place to eat. I am not inclined to eat at a place that punishes their best employees for doing their job correctly.
I’m watching the situation. I don’t need to eat fried chicken. I don’t need to visit Popeyes ever again. But I value quality staff. Popeyes should do the same.

My boyfriend got the chicken tender meal for me, which would’ve been great if I received any of the sauces I asked for. First, the man working named Layne dropped our order so my boyfriend had to wait longer for him to get a new order, which is very kind of him to make a new order. But after asking twice, when my boyfriend ordered and once he dropped it, I still didn’t receive my mustard or honey. The food was good, but still disappointing to not receive the sauces asked for, especially since this location is usually very good about making my order accurately.

Popeye’s just isn’t what it used to be. No matter the location I can’t seem to enjoy it as much as before. The chicken was dry and not so fresh, the red beans and rice was good but the serving size was very small and the tiny container wasn’t even full, the biscuit was meh. The best part was the tea was excellent!

Chicken was great today! Service SUPER SLOW on lady filling orders. Our fav pint sized Mgr has to come up and clear the 15+ orders waiting…some 20 min. Good Job!

They close at five but don’t go after three. They are too busy putting things away so they can go home and the food has been sitting there quite awhile. They only offered two different sides or cold greasy french fries with your meal. They didn’t have all the different pieces of chicken if you wanted spicy. They didn’t want to make more chicken because it takes fifteen minutes. Very disappointing.

As of August 2020, they appear to be doing much better about getting people served even with the cove at crisis so good job!
Not sure what’s up, but the time it takes to get your order placed is close to 1/2 an hour; it’s a mess. A few months ago, ten people could be in line and Rhonda got folks through – no problem. Too bad for folks on active duty, to have to wait 20 to 30 mins to place an order is terrible.

The Popeyes at offut AFB has the worst customer service. There is a lady there who I believe is assistant manager that is always rude. If she hates her job so much why does she work there. Will not eat there anymore due to her rudness.

I really like the tenders with their gravy to dip them in. I don’t like their dipping sauces. I think I should be able to get the same amount of gravy free. What they charge for the little bit they give, is ridiculous.
Their biscuits are good too. Not as good as they used to be, years ago, but still good!
