Never have I imagine leaving a review for a sub at Subway. How can you mess it up?
I never gotten such a malnourished sub before,
Extra on certain things, mind you.
Like 3 pickles? Are you serious for a footlong.
Extra black olives. I got 5 slices of olives .

This has been my go to shop for some time as my sandwich choice, consisting of spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives and banana peppers is always well made. The sandwich is nothing but veggies and some shops try to skimp on the spinach despite it being the sandwich base. But I never had to ask for more spinach here. I used them for a Christmas party for about 15 persons. So it was a no brainer when time came to celebrate my birthday and I needed to order 65 sandwiches. I learned that the store ownership had recently changed so it was a roll of the dice. The experience could not have been more perfect. I was able to speak to the owner before placing the online order to make sure I knew how to clearly specify all customization requests. When I picked up the sandwiches, staff brought them out and placed them in my car. I bought 5 different varieties of sandwiches in box lunch form and all were clearly identified to avoid mixup. Most importantly, all of my guests commented that the sandwiches were delicious and what a good idea it was to have individually packaged meals. I could not be happier with the service I received. My expectations were not only met, but were exceeded. I highly recommend this shop for your individual and catering sandwich needs. My special thanks to the owner for making my day.

This Subway doesn’t have a water option at their fountain drink station, which I think is necessary for people avoiding soft drinks. I ended up buying a water bottle but that’s money I was made to spend. Clever tactic but certainly inhumane. Taking my business elsewhere next time.

I’m over it! I called my bank yesterday and put in a FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION over my online subway order!

A week ago today I made an order on the Subway app at this location accidentally. I’ve never made this mistake on the subway app before. I couldn’t cancel it myself so I called the store and the lady on the phone said she couldn’t speak english after I told her what happened. I told her my order needs to be canceled & she keeps asking me in English what my order was and I told her. Then she says she has the order and then when I explain & ask her to cancel it, she says again, she doesn’t speak english.

I tell her to get her supervisor to help and she tells me again “I’m sorry, they’re no here. I don’t speak english. Call subway.” and then when I ask where to call, she goes “I’m so sorry, I don’t know the number, call the app. I can speak english. so sorry. i see ur order.”

I was so angry, I hung up. They were very lucky I was on the other side of town. This was so unprofessional that they had NO ONE who could help. THIS LANGUAGE BARRIER ISNT SAFE AT ALL FOR THE EMPLOYEES & CUSTOMERS TOGETHER BECUZ IT CAN CREATE HOSTIL SITUATIONS! It’ve very sad to read these comments and see these complaints. Be responsible to your employees and respect you customers!!!

It was the most disgusting food I have ever had! It was a carryout order and they loaded it with mayonnaise that I never ordered! After leaving with the order and back on the road it made us sick after two bites! Plus they would not answer their phone!

I don’t want to sound ignorant or racist. But you should have at least one person behind the counter who can speak English. When I ask questions and they go huh. Not a good thing. I had to pull out my phone and text to Translate so they can understand what I was saying. Besides that the food was good.

This was the worst and I mean worst Subway experience I’ve ever had from the company. The sandwich was made for my 5 year old nephew. I didn’t order a meatless sandwich. I had more bread and chips than an actual sandwich.
Highly disappointed with the sandwich making staff at this location. I ordered 2 footlong subs and to reduce them at 6 inches and it still wasn’t enough meat. So upset that my delivered lunch was awful.

I’ll be there tomorrow to speak to the manager. They forced my pregnant wife to buy something she didn’t order. She is not good with confrontation and paid for it. No worries. I love confrontation. See you tomorrow!
