We come here probably once a month and for the last 6 months every time I get a blizzard it isn’t mixed properly. The top is loaded but then I get about 1/2 way down and it’s ALL vanilla ice cream.
They need to start making sure the blizzards are thoroughly mixed! It’s very disappointing.

I want to say that the staff was very friendly. The 2 stars does not reflect the customer service. Great staff, decent food taste, portion is a rip off.

Very disappointed on the food. I got onion rings with popcorn shrimp. The food itself was decent. But the quantity they give for what you pay was pretty sad. I got 5 onion rings and small amount of shrimp (the picture shows at least double that).

The blizzard was also not what you would expect. I understand new people and training. The first time they made it wrong. They were very nice and remade it. But for a chocolate brownie extreme with cookie dough. Sadly to say, buy your ice cream at the grocery store because I don’t think there was any brownie and the cookie dough was crumbs.

Sadly won’t be returning.

Normally take the kids to dairy queen at least 1 time every two weeks. Every single time the front drive through lady is just RUDE. Tonight is the final time going we wont be dealing with rude customer service when were being polite to be just ignored.

Came up to the window and the guy working it 9pm 9/22 didn’t even say hi or anything just shoved the card reader at me. When i went to pay he says “you gotta get a new phone” and i said why and he goes “look at the screen”. I dropped my phone the other day and now there are lines down my screen. Not sure why that is ANY of his business or even why he thought it would be okay to comment about that. Completely out of line and rude. Food came out cold and i wasn’t given straws or spoons. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.

I ordered the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup ice cream cake for my son’s birthday 2 days early and it was supposed to have a msg written on it but they didn’t have it ready and gave me a generic cake instead. I paid $42 for the wrong cake because they didn’t know what they were doing. So disappointed

It was fine, except my family wanted blizzards, and blizzards they weren’t. I don’t know if they don’t know how to make them or what, but they were soupy, melting seemingly right off the bat. They didn’t flip anything upside down cause, if they did they would have sloshed out of the cups.

Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere but here.

I won’t be returning.

They are rotten I ordered a plain hotdog. The hot dog was so small. For $3.24. I could of fbought a whole pack at Cubs for that price. They are to pricey. Shame on Dairy Queen.

Probably the most incompetent, least customer service-aware DQ I have ever been to. The young man taking my hot fudge malt order couldn’t get it right…didn’t know what “just a little extra malt powder” meant (I even had to explain to him what malt powder was). And in his confusion, he repeated back “Chocolate malt…” when I ordered hot fudge malt. I must have repeated and/or clarified the order five or six times.
That wasn’t the worst. I was charged $.59 for the extra malt powder, even though I only wanted that “Just a little extra.” And the person making the malt didn’t get it, either, because it came way overloaded with malt powder, to the point where it really didn’t taste good. Much of the hot fudge was stuck to the side of the cup, and never made it into the ice cream…that didn’t help, either.
That still wasn’t the worst. When I asked to speak to the manager about the extra charge, he said he didn’t make the prices (I get that), but that there was nothing he could do about it (I don’t get that). A store manager that can’t do anything about a completely botched order and a ridiculous extra charge? Come on.
He completely blew me off.
In fairness, I didn’t realize that the extra malt bomb had ruined my treat until I got up the road. I could have made a better case. Clearly the communication between the order-taker and the malt-maker was totally screwed up or non-existent.
There are lots of places to go to get ice cream treats.
In the future, I’ll find one of those.
It’ll be a cold day in malt powder hell before I ever come here again.
