Everything was going fine. I was happily eating and writing a five star review until i reached for my soup and realized it wasn’t there. I asked what happened to it and they said they’re about to make it. I’m done eating and they still haven’t given me my soup. My husband asked again and they said, “oh yeah” and still took five more minutes to serve a bowl of soup.
Why tell us you have something if you don’t have it? I don’t even want it anymore.
But it’s clean and quiet here.

Best subway I had in a very long while. Listened to my directions and created a beautiful piece of art. Scores must be old, as of today I believe this place is 5 stars all the way. I did have to leave atmosphere at 3 neutral, seeing I haven’t been to this location in person.

This Subway has had a friendly staff every time I’ve came. It offers comfortable cushion seating and it is somewhat spacious between the tables. You can order your food ahead of time online in case you are short on time. The times I did order online, my order came out perfect with no mistake. This is possibly my favorite Subway from the others in the area.

Went for a quick bite close to closing time for them. The staff was still willing to assist. In most cases some restaurants would tell you “were about to close, sorry.” But the 2 young ladies were friendly and didn’t hesitate to say no. They made my sandwich and 2 more customers walked in right after and they still assisted. Good job subway workers

Horrible Experience!!! Purchased sandwiches late Thursday. Ate 1 sandwich & bread was flaking & crumbling with each bite leaving bread flakes covering entire plate. Had not experienced prior to this visit. Spinach was wilted & pickles looked days old. Also strange odor coming from sandwich (#11 Club). Unsure if odor was from veggies or meats? By late evening I became sick to my stomach with frequent runs to the restroom all night long as well as most of Friday. I placed 2 calls Friday 7/18 requesting to speak with Mgr but seemed to be getting the run around. Learned the “Owners name is Rosa”. I later found out that 1 of my calls on Friday was actually with “A 2nd Owner by the name of Art”. I tried explaining my issue & he was so dismissive & argumentative claiming that bread is baked fresh every morning & veggies kept fresh all day! By no means was this my 1st Subway sandwich so pretty sure I can tell the difference between a fresh sandwich vs 1 that is NOT! After 3 left messages now with zero return calls, I have since reported this location to Subway Corporate. So disappointing that owners refused to take any responsibility for serving unsafe food. Loc: 2246 W Beverly Blvd + 2nd location owned by same owners: 1503 W Beverly (x- street Maple). WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN. *** CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

Purchase 3 cookies for $3 and ask for a courtesy cup of water and there was 3 workers just standing and talking by the register and the girl looked over the different size cups and told me “they’re only for sale”.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with Subway.
First red flag there was only one person handling everything nobody else was working but one person.
She seemed lost and confused, she made the sandwiches very mediocre with lots of Mayonnaise. There were hardly any pickles left and she didn’t bother to get more from the back so I had just 3 pickles in my sandwich.

She also tried to over charge me on two sandwiches. She rang my total to $39 for 2 foot longs and one 6″ once I brought up the price she corrected it. She was overcharging me $6 dollars, I also asked for my receipt and she tried to throw it away.

Definitely not a good experience. Will never be back to this location. Horrible!

Went in today to buy a meal for my wife and a little boy walked in before me to get a refill on his drink that he purchased there and when he asked the girl employee working there if he could have a refill she said to him como do you speak English she was very rude then she turns to me and waves her arms at me to say what do you want I said what are you trying to tell me she says what do you want I said I don’t speak Spanish and she smiles and walks away like she didn’t care so I just walked out never going back to that subway
