I don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed in a fast-food restaurant. The chicken strips were extremely small, skinny, and barely breaded—I honestly thought they were potato logs at first. They were also dry and tasteless. My potatoe and gravy should have been called Lots of gravy and some potatoes.
To make matters worse, when I went to the counter for ketchup packets for my daughter, the employee didn’t seem to know where any was and slowly wandered around looking. After waiting, I spotted some fry sauce by the register and grabbed it myself because my food was already getting cold.

My husband had the fish. The pieces were thin, tiny, and one was overcooked. There was 1 piece that was ok. It came 3 to a order, fries, coleslaw, no drink. The fries were okay. He doesn’t eat coleslaw. From the price of 11.49 +2.99 for the drink. I would say skip the fish. After he saw the fish, he went and bought a spicy chicken sandwich to eat which he liked, that was 4.99.
I had the 12 pc chicken nuggets the look like Chick-fil-A. They taste like kfc chick. Price point, 10.79, comes with fries, sauce, a drink. And apparently it was suppose to come with a biscuit however I didn’t get it.
The music they were playing was good the sound system was bad. The music kept skipping, it wasn’t just like 1 time it would do it on every song very annoying. I’m not sure if they can fixit or not. They need a new system or something.

I had accepted a DoorDash order for this location and needed to use the restroom very bad. As soon as I walked in the worker asked me if I was doordash I said yes just one second and then afterwards he refused to give me the order and even gave me a receipt to confirm the order because that’s what he asked me to do and would not give me anything said another driver needed to come. Customer service was terrible and I will never come here again.

Update August 2023: lemonade is good. Bought a jug for about $8 and you can get refills for just $1 + tax. Definitely recommend.

The staff was kinda all over the place. Guy at the window was hard to understand, I had to ask him to repeat, and still didn’t fully understand. Guy that gave me my drink was shaky gave me a drink that was dripping everywhere. No ice and flat root beer. I had to go back through the drive thru to get it replaced. Still not good root beer. I felt like the staff was all brand new and didn’t know what they were doing.

Got nuggets a bowl and extra biscuits. One biscuit was just free floating in the bag, they didn’t ask about sauce for the nuggets, and I forgot when I was asked to pull up front away. Turns out they also didn’t put a straw for the drink nor a spork for the bowl. Not impressed at all.
Edit: went back through the receipt and they charged me for a large upgrade on the drink I didn’t ask for and only gave me a medium. And shorted me a biscuit. This place is TRASH.

These guys have messed up my order a few times. If my family didn’t love KFC so much, I wouldn’t go back. I don’t know if it is due to lack of employees, but it seems like chaos when I go there. This last time, they sent me around to wait for my order. When the person brought my order they didn’t bring all the meals I had ordered, then when I told them they went went back in and brought out an extra cake and then I remembered I already ordered the cake and I didn’t have it either. So they tried to offer the cake for their mistake but I had actually ordered the cake and paid for it and didn’t account for it when I checked my order in the first place. Absolute chaos

I had a great experience here. The employees were awesome! Food was on point as usual. The restrooms were clean. Another customer overheard me saying that the cashier missed my order for an ice cream cone and he bought it for me. It totally made my evening!

The first time we went here it was good. Been back a couple times since and it hasn’t been good. This last time our food was completely cold when we opened it only a few minutes after getting it in the drive through. The staff did not seem familiar with current promotions. And our fries seemed like they were the last of some that had been sitting in the fryer all day. I want to like them. And other locations have been good. But I’ve become increasingly frustrated with this location. I’d try somewhere else if possible.
