Food was great. Lady’s were great. Price is very reasonable for what you get on a plate. Chicken and Dumplings were straight up as I remember from my childhood. Hoe Cakes are off the chain. Butter beans and Field peas are awesome. Fried chicken is just like home. Great place.

Very nice and friendly customer service, good food that warms the soul! Turkey wings & gravy were good! Their menu is different for each day so definitely worth going back in the same week to try something different.

I was welcomed and greeted in. There was a board with the menu listed on it.
Customer service was good. The desserts were not my tastebuds friendly. I chose the Turkey wings, white rice, collard greens and corn bread. I also had pink lemonade to drink. I actual forgot to grab a receipt but around $15-$20.

Lord have mercy. What a fantastic meal. Turkey wings, creamed corn, green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn bread, huge sweet tea, and peach cobbler for $14.50??? Great deal. The taste feels so authentic to the south. Plus, the people were super nice.

Friendly service staff
I got two dinners which came with a drink . Turkey wings and stuffing, cranberry sauce, squash and cabbage with cornbread patty. Oxtails and yellow rice with green beans and sweet potatoes. The meats were seasoned well but the only vegetables I liked were the sweet potatoes. If you like lightly seasoned food this is the spot for you. Great value prices for all the food I love that.

Visited Tifton for the first time with my sister and my 89 year old mother.
We each had different items on our plates.

First time trying. Loved the family feel. Greeted at front door, felt very welcomed and appreciated. Food was excellent. Chicken was perfectly cooked, breast was moist. Enjoyed a taste of oxtail off my son in laws plate. Peach cobbler was unique and addictive!! Beautiful young lady with joyful smile and delighted eyes was our attendant, I think her name was Lyric. We will be back!

Easy to find, large parking area, no menu prices listed, but great value for the price (1 meat, 3 sides, hot water cornbread, dessert and a house made beverage – iced tea, lemonade, arnold palmer or water for less than $16 excluding tip). I chose fried chicken (golden fried and nicely seasoned), macaroni and cheese (no seasoning at all), candied yams (perfect sweetness but no flavor) and cabbage (steamed with a tiny pinch of salt, but still no real flavor).

Overall, it wasn’t the bad, but I doubt I’d go again.

SN: The older cashier lady was extremely pleasant!

*Apologies, I started eating and forgot to take the picture
