Nothing fancy but very simple, cheap and healthier version of fast food which can never go wrong. This one is the only J&J in town. I mostly ate, in home delivery. The staffs are really good and caring. So far never went wrong with my orders. Also, the home delivery is pretty fast compared to other eateries. I go for this whenever I feel down and need to eat fast.

I never write reviews but this Jimmy John’s was terrible. They were all talking about their dating life, cheating on their girlfriends, and would stop and chat while they were in the middle of making sandwiches. We were literally waiting inside and had a 2 hour drive to go but the entire staff was taking their sweet time. It took over 25 minutes to get our food and there was one person in front of us. TERRIBLE! Get rid of everyone or get a manger to manage them. They clearly need supervision.

I went and ate here first time and the service was fine. Restaurant was clean enough however whenever I ordered my roast beef sandwich apparently they do not serve Au jus sauce because the attendant had no idea what I was talking about. Sat ate the sandwich which was bland.
There was funny signage throughout the restaurant that was entertaining to read.
I will give them props on the bathrooms they were extremely clean for a restaurant.

This branch started out okay. But in the past year or so, they have hired pitiful workers who are rude and unable to do their jobs properly. Get ready to have mistakes made with your order and to wait huge amounts of time in the drive thru. Freaky fast? That’s laughable. Here’s you’ll get agonizingly slow and incompetent service.

The food is good, but good lord are they slow. I used to order from here specifically when I wanted a quick delivery of something small, but definitely not anymore. Especially within about 2 hours of noon in either direction, you can place an order at 11:30 and have it not leave the store for almost an hour. It’s often slower to order from here than to order from many other restaurants in town that don’t even have the word “fast” in their corporate marketing. They have so many catering orders to make, and not enough employees to make them with.

I’m going to give it a two star just for the young lady that I talk to at this restaurant. The first guy that I talk to in the drive-through. Was rude. I told him I was a first time customer. That I was looking at the menu. He could’ve easily told me what was good on the menu or anything. But he got off and put someone else on to talk to me. She was very nice and patient. As soon as I finish my order, another lady pulled up behind me and then he jumps back on the intercom. No I will not be coming back. And I was hearing great things about this place. My sandwich was thrown together not warm at all. Super cold. But it is good. I warmed it up at home. This post is old. But it took place in Starkville Mississippi.
