Ladysmith needed a bakery and sandwich shop like this. It’s a good break from the other styles of restaurants in town. I usually prefer the veggie offerings because everything is so fresh. I had a warmed Hummus, Swiss, greens, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber Panuozzo Sandwich and really liked it. It was crunchy from the carrots, gooey and creamy from the swiss cheese and hummus,and refreshing over all. BTW, her pickles are homemade too.
The only real downsides are the short hours, only being open Mon-Thursday, and it’s cash or local check only.
