If I could leave 0 stars I would… I went into the subway to try the new foot long nachos. I was checking out my food and I asked for some cookies, while the man was grabbing the cookies out there was multiple cockroaches scurrying inside of the cookie box. I left and didn’t get any of my food and won’t be returning again!

Every vegetable in there looked old. Lettuce was actually brown. Stainless steel containers looked dirty. What happened to the friendly two ladies that worked there. Our teenager was unfriendly and acted as though she was bothered.

Everytime I come here anyone makes the sandwich perfect. The sandwich doesn’t fall apart when they makes it. They have great customer service here. Very nice and they listen carefully to your order. Always very clean. Really good place.

The food was fine, tasted good. Staff was a bit unprofessional and there were several dirty tables in the restaurant. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it weren’t for COVID and they would have been busy but there was only 1 person in the place and they were getting take out. Also, food was a bit pricey.

The boy we had doing our subs was so scatter brained. I had to explain to him what a BLT was. Seriously? What’s with this new generation? He kept forgetting what I told him we wanted on our subs and then had to get the girl working with him to help check us out at the cash register because I had cash. Man. just went, me and two other people and ordered three subs and a salad. ran, out of steak, chicken, and lettuce while making out sandwiches. one guy was working as fast as he could to make them while the girl (jade) literally just stood at the register. when the guy went to get stuff she realized we were just staring at her she finally got work.

Ordered online twice and both times my order was incorrect. Ordered a PLAIN tuna sandwich both times and both times it came filled with stuff i didn’t order. Its not hard to place some tuna on some bread. Read your orders carefully.

It never fails. Each time I patronize this restaurant I receive the nastiest, rude, and hateful attitude from the workers. There’re always complaining about ready to get off & then make you the messiest subway ever. stay away!!
