I ordered from Papa Johns one night, on 8/29. My order was shown as delivered, and after it showing as delivered for 20 minutes and it still not arriving, I called the store. They got very angry with me, cussed at me, and told me the order was, “theirs now, and there was nothing I could do but file a complaint.” This was on the night of the Little Italy Festival parade, so I am guessing theat what actually happened, is they had a very high order volume, did not want to deal with it, didn’t deliver it, and just let people deal with it and fend for themselves. I ordered from here at least once a week, but I never will again.

Not bad, I went inside and ordered a large the works pizza with extra cheese and pineapple on half, the pineapple had no flavor, but the pizza was pretty good, some of it was kinda watery, not sure why.
But not bad enough that I won’t return, I’ve had much worse. Customer service was good, and there is plenty of parking.

I gave it a 2 because of the fast service . I ordered online asked to have it cut special it wasn’t but we ordered the new bacon pizza,, I tasted the sauce, crust but never tasted bacon at all for $30 it would be nice to taste what you ordered. Not satisfied at all.

I ordered for delivery a bacon pizza with a double serving of bacon. If that was a double serving of bacon on the pizza, then I would hate to see what a single serving of bacon is. Also, I was told that delivery would be 35 minutes. I finally received my pizza an hour and five minutes later.

We ordered the Create Your Own Papadias and Garlic Knots and they were excellent! The tomatoes had a great sweet flavor even, that’s rough to find in Indiana I’m February .
As always, the delivery driver was great and delivery was about 5 minutes earlier than the estimated te we were given.
