We went and got food at 2am here in leadington in the mcdonalds drive through. This is the 3rd time we’ve tried going at night in the early hours and everytime the food is old.
This time they did at least re-fry the old fries to make them “hot”. They stuck the old French fries back in the oil to reheat them. They were old and hard.
The 3 mcchickens we got and several French fry ordered with our meals was old. I put a picture of the filet o fish on this review that looked like it had been sit out for hours. It was hard and dried.

Won’t be going back unless during the day.

I went in this morning ordered me a steak egg and cheese bagel. I didn’t open my bag it until I got home and let me tell you! My order was perfect! It was hot it was delicious and it was picture perfect! Not to mention the staff I was greeted with a friendly smile in the back window! I was also greeted at the front window with a smile and she had the cutest shirt! All in all it was a very pleasant experience I highly recommend this location for all your breakfast needs! 10 out of 10!!!

I went there tonight and it was horrible. Fries were cold so I had to get them remade, had to ask 3 different times for a tray before they gave it to me, ordered table service for a soda but they just left it on the pickup instead of bringing it to the table, and my sandwich was definitely not fresh and the bread was stale. I went to the manager and complained but she tried to blame me for the order. And then as I was packing everything up to leave, I noticed that my burger was under cooked. And the sandwich was the messiest sandwich I ever got. I am going to speak with the property owner tomorrow about this. Terrible customer service! I’m posting a picture of my sandwich but it’s hard to tell on camera but it is undercooked.

This took about 15 minutes waiting in line (ordered on the app)
Went back and let them know that my order was not correct. Told them I ordered on the app. Didn’t believe me… Showed them on my phone. Finally they used a promo for the sausage mcmuffin went up to the next window waited for about 5 minutes. Then was told to go to drive through reserved parking… Waited another 10 minutes. When I finally received my sandwich it was like it was dunked in grease. I am not one to complain to much about things unless it really drives me nuts. This drove me up a wall.

pretty rude every time i come through which is almost every morning. i alway get a coffee of some sort but usually the caramel iced coffee. i worked at mcdonald’s for 2 years as a manager so i know procedure and recipe and they can never make it the same, which means they don’t follow protocol. sometimes i get it and it’s white and sometimes i get it and it looks like there no cream and it tastes like there no flavor in it.
well today i decided to try a hot drink since it’s cold out, and this is what i got…. for a almost $5 drink you would like this would be full.
i had such high hopes for this location since desloge is even worse than this but i guess not. do better, fix your employees attitude and train them to follow protocol cause ITS NOT HARD.

I went through the drive thru and my food was cold and nasty tasting and my ice cream was half melted. I was already on the road though when I opened the bag so I didn’t want to turn around. I had 20 piece chicken nuggets, a medium fry, a mcdouble, a basket of fries, a large chocolate shake and a regular size m&m mcflurry. Let me tell you I opened the food to eat it less than a mile down the road and then I immediately looked at my ice cream to realize it was halfway melted. 🙁

My husband placed an online pick up order for breakfast, he then sat in the drive through line for what seemed to take forever, he gets to the window and is told they aren’t serving breakfast anymore. He explained that he ordered well before breakfast hours ended and if the line had moved faster it wouldnt have been an issue. They then basically told him there wasn’t anything they could do about it and to cancel the order in his app, when he tried to do so it wouldnt let him and said the uRl didn’t exist.

I have to say, Leadington location is my favorite. Only one issue of forgotten fries their first week open…it happens! This mornings visit was so pleasant, fast and friendly! Colin, he is such a breath of fresh air with his amazing voice and accuracy in taking orders! Keep it up guys! Food was delicious
