Wanted to pick up some dinner close to where we were at, but not that many places are open around 9pm. My wife tries to go inside and it’s locked. The lady was super rude and told her they were closed even though the sign says 9:30pm. Based on this interaction alone, would never go back.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been at this location many times. Today we went and ordered 3 sandwiches, 4 cookies, and a soup. The soup was completely watered down. There was less meat on the sandwiches, Lettuce was brown, pickles same, the cookies were hard as a rock. My kids couldn’t even bite into them. Food was def not fresh!

Stopped at a Subway somewhere between Davenport, IA, and Tennessee the other day. Went in with low expectations and, well, met them. Decided to try the new Hot Honey Sriracha Chicken sandwich and some broccoli cheddar soup. The soup had a bit of a journey from the back to the microwave for a solid 2.5 minutes. Flavor-wise, it was decent, but it felt more like mildly cheesy broth than broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich? It was…fine. Not bad, not great. Probably a one-and-done for me. Overall, a very “mid” experience. Can’t say I’d rave about it.

This was the worse Subway we’ve been to. The flat bread was super thin.
There was not much meat and the toppings were skimpy.
The cucumbers looked very old and were starting to get that clear look to them.
The lettuce was starting to brown.
The people were nice enough and the place looked clean.
I definitely felt ripped off.

Always a good lunch spot! Staff is always in a good mood and smiling! They’ve always had what I wanted and the ingredients have always fresh! And when I get it to go, I’m always in and out of there pretty quickly, even if there is a line, they’re on it!

I am a just a simple, easy to please, truck driver that stopped in to grab a sandwich to go… A footlong sandwich with double meat, and a 20 oz bottle of Coca-Cola, was $18.91 (roughly about $4.00 more than it is at any other location for the SAME exact sandwich)… I honestly don’t mind paying for what I get (as long as I get everything that I am paying for)… This man, and who I believe was his wife (who I have been told are the owners), wasn’t even filling the scoop each time he scooped out the (4) scoops of meat… THIS was immediately brought to his attention, but went unnoticed/unheard because of the foreign language barrier…
Because there is a Subway at pretty much EVERY truck stop nationwide, I eat at Subway on a VERY regular basis, and ALWAYS order the same sandwich… THIS sandwich did NOT contain anywhere close to double meat, and actually costed right at $4.00 more for the SAME exact sandwich you receive at any other Subway…
The sandwich and ingredients WERE fresh, and the store was clean, but the value you get at THIS Subway, compared to the SAME sandwich at other stores, was absolutely ridiculous… I probably should have just walked out, and went to a different location, but instead chose to go ahead pay for it, before leaving… Now, if you want a clean store, with friendly people, this place is clean, and they are friendly… But, if you want to receive everything you pay for, I suggest probably choosing a different store location…
Regarding the amount of meat they ACTUALLY put on the sandwich, you would have thought/sworn that they had personally raised THIS cow out in their own backyard, and just did NOT want to part with it…
