Placed an order online. Money was taken out immediately from my account. Placed the order at 330pm. Due to be ready at 640pm. Husband goes to pick up the food and they “never saw our order”. Told us to call door dash. Called and door dash put us on hold while she called the restaurant. She came back and said the restaurant sees the order now and do I still want it! By this time it was 720pm. Do I want my order? Hell no! That’s almost an hour past when my kids were supposed to be eating! Magically see our order once we call door dash? Now it’s gonna take 3+ days for the money to go back on our card! This is ridiculous especially since we were given an attitude by the lady at the window about whether or not we actually placed an order. I sent my husband a screenshot to prove it and then she called her manager over. So unprofessional! Will never give this restaurant our money!

I had the 2 pc for $7. Good price and good food. The chicken and logs were so delicious but the biscuit was one of the best I’ve had. They were friendly, courteous and professional.
