This establishment is like a horror film, it’s literally a bunch of kids running around, while the manager just goofs off in the back no wonder the orders are always wrong. Who’s really running this place the kids of the manager hitting on every customer. Not to mention the pinky sized nuggets.

We order two of the packages with boneless and bone in, french fries, corn and drinks. Everything was good. The corn had way to much spices on it, could hardly eat. Service was good and workers were friendly.

It’s truly unfortunate that I see or have read negative reviews for this location for one did not experience this at all. The staff was very friendly especially Jacqueline. I come here all the time for my kids. Just make sure you check your bag before you leave because they forgot a large fry today which was very frustrating because I had to drive all the way back during rush-hour in the traffic. I go there to get my food Because they replaced the whole order, I just had to bring all the food back and they put a small fry instead of a large fry in my bag again!!! If you know, I’m coming to pick up food because you forgot my large fry, wouldn’t you make it perfect this time around? Nope. The manager is giving me a store credit of one large fry when I come back it’s just the inconvenience and how can you mess up after correcting my order the first time? I don’t know who keeps messing up today but this is ridiculous….

If you want quick wings and things then this is the place. Quick and easy to order online for pick up. My kids prefer boneless while I prefer bone in wings. Many flavors to choose from. Fries and other sides are good. Especially the corn. Food is always hot and fresh.

I’m very disappointed that the owner continues to employ staff who repeatedly make mistakes. It’s one thing to make an error once, but making multiple mistakes—especially when paying extra—is unacceptable. I urge the owner to hire employees who can accurately process and articulate online orders. I’m furious that I spent $41 on a non-combo meal and didn’t receive my entire order. This is extremely frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The picture shows what I actually received. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Hector, who informed me that my order was still at the restaurant and that the delivery driver had given the wrong order. ORDERED 10PCS ALLL FATS HOT HONEY RUB AND CAJUN WITH LARGE SEASON FRIES.

Don’t go here. I eat WS once a week at least. This is my first time at this location. I waited 40min for two combo meals. It wasn’t even busy. My fries were so overly seasoned, they looked like they were breaded. My tenders didn’t taste like the seasoning I ordered. The corn didn’t taste like the norm. They deadass gave me ONE sauce dip for a 5 piece tender. Go to Middle Country Rd. This location is trash

I’m a DoorDash driver, and I pick up from here regularly. Every single time I come, the food is not ready. Tonight, I arrived and they hadn’t even started the order yet. They told me the food would be ready in 4 minutes, so I asked to use their bathroom. They said, “No, it’s only for customers.” I tried going to use it anyway, and the door was locked. I waited for more than 15 minutes. I felt like I was being held hostage. How are you going to make me wait for 15 minutes, AND not let me use your bathroom?
