We don’t like to get donuts anywhere else. In Houston, most folks will direct you to Sh*pley’s and say they are the best and I beg to differ. After Snowflake being our go to for our Friday morning donuts breakfast treat for so long, we tried the other one time and my kids wouldn’t eat them as they were TOO sweet (their words, shockingly) and I agreed. Snowflake’s donuts offer the best balance of a good dough and level sweetness in their glaze. We always get donuts holes, but have also ordered the following… Chappell Hill Kolache, Country Boy Kolache, sausage biscuit, ham and chz croissant, sausage egg chz croissant, apple fritter, glazed sprinkle donut and the old fashioned glazed donut. All delicious. The apple fritter is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it. The coffee is just like some good, ‘ol gas station or church coffee. The ambience is nothing that makes you want to sit and partake, but then again most folks don’t find themselves needing to sit down in a donuts shop these days. The environment and restroom is clean and to me that’s the most important thing for when you just ‘gotta go’. Thank you Snowflake family for your consistent smiling and friendly faces when I come in to order and prompt service… keep up the great job! Hempstead and I appreciate you! <3

My husband and I used to love this place. Now that they have new employees at the window it has gone down hill. The past 2 months they don’t warm up the biscuits sandwiches (even when asked), they will give you 6 separate little white bags and not put them all in a plastic bag, and we have gotten the wrong amount of donuts and they are not what we asked for. After this morning we have decided to stop going to this place.

Just went to grab Crossiants and they didn’t get our order right at all. We asked for the egg, sausage and cheese crossiant and got 2 regular kolaches. We were not happy. They don’t even have to make the food all they have to do is grab them and warm them up. Cant even do that smh.

Vey good kolaches and doughnuts but the owner and the other oriental femal are very rude. Insteadvof greeting the costumer they ask ” what you want”” and “no thank yous. They gave me my change snd quickly close the drive through window. Veru unprofessional owner.

the food’s all right but the people are rude if you try to turn your food back in because they messed up they say it’s your fault. If they didn’t put something in there you ordered they say it’s your fault they are rude. I wouldn’t recommend it.
