My close personal friend Nick Mullen told me a funny joke about this place when we were hanging out with my other good friend Adam, but I forgot what it was so I can’t share it right now. Oh well, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t that funny anyways.

I ordered a 4 piece meal. I got to my gate and only had two pieces of chicken. I didn’t have time to go back to get the correct one. Check your food before leaving!!! Other reviewers have said the same thing. Such a scam!

While waiting for my flight, I stopped at this restaurant; the queue was long, but the service was excellent. Employees were swift, patient, and creative in collecting orders in line such that when you arrived to the counter, your meal was ready. They may make mistakes since things might get chaotic, but they do assist. I got the 5 piece spicy tender combo with fries, a biscuit, and a drink (strawberry fanta), as well as an apple pie. My food was excellent for an airport location; my tenders were well-fried, my portion of crispy fries was filling, my biscuit was soft and went well with the honey and jelly given, and my apple was hot, sweet, and generously dusted with cinnamon sugar. The separate drink station and the opportunity to obtain a water cup were also excellent.

Terrible staff that were yelling at fellow customers, gave my family incorrect food, frustrating customer service and very unprofessional and unorganized. Don’t waste your time or money here. I’ve never made a review before until this terrible experience. 0/10 Do Better.

Stopped by during our flight. They have three stations, the first one is to place your order then a second one to pay after that a third one to get your drink from someone behind a glass barrier. We ordered two three pieces of chicken with fries and mac and cheese. I don’t know if what we ordered was something special as we stood there for over twenty minutes watching many customers picking up their food the same time while paying at the second station, yet we were still waiting for our food. Every time we approached the counter we were told that it wasn’t ready yet and that they will call us when it is done.

The food was good and fresh, service expedious, and the staff gave good customer service. If you’re looking for something while you wait at your gate, this is a good option and they clearly have the efficiency down well.

Disgusting food. No chicken at all, just gristle and bone. It was ridiculous in that you couldn’t even get your own ketchup, you had to wait in line for an employee to hand you some. I can’t believe they were losing so much money in ketchup theft that they had to hire a condiment bouncer. Anyway it was $25 for the most inedible chicken I’ve seen in my life. Get anything else, anywhere else.

It was a mistake to eat here, concourse D. I love Popeyes when it’s prepared properly. Customers should hede the sign at the entrance if you don’t want to get sick from chicken that tastes like it was cooked in old
grease and biscuits that taste a day old. We got in line but didn’t know we had to leave the line to place our order. I ordered a combo and a few more items. When it was time for me to pay, I was charged for 2 combos. When I asked why, the young lady behind the counter responded in a rude manner. After I had eaten some of my meal, I started feeling really awful and regretted I had ordered from this establishment.

This is a restaurant in the busiest airport in the world. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

The food is standard Popeyes fare, which is good. I got the spicy blackened chicken sandwich, red beans and rice, and biscuit.

The bad is that there are no tables for eating your meal. Carry your meal to a gate area and eat there. Eating at a restaurant in the center of the concourse would alleviate this awkward inconvenience.

The service was fine for what it is. At least they don’t ask for a tip for take out like some places.

Overall, this is a reasonable option for airport food. There is a Popeyes in Concourses B & D off to one side. You will have to search to find them.

Food was dreadful, service was worse (very slow and rude). I got the sausage biscuit and the patty was like a hockey puck. My partner got the chicken biscuit. Not good. Asked for honey mustard and salt and were told to go back and put it in the kiosk.
