I was hungry and on 4/2/24, I saw this bright green Taco truck during my solo drive on South Meridian. I honestly wasn’t feeling Mexican, however, when you’re hungry. You would eat anything at that point. LOL!
The Taco truck is located on the parking lot of Shell Gas station on the corner. I ordered the 3 Quesabirria tacos (shredded beef) for $14.50. It came with the consume dip on the side. I dipped my Quesabirria tacos in the consome dip and it was so delicious, so flavorful with generous filling. I was full on the 2nd one. That was satisfying and truly made an impact on my taste buds that I could not forget.
I’d like to go back again like real soon! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved everything I tried! The birria burrito was packed with flavor and super satisfying, the al pastor fries were the perfect combo of crispy, cheesy, and savory, and the esquite had just the right balance of creaminess and spice. The horchata was refreshing and delicious perfect to wash it all down. On top of that, the customer service was amazing friendly, fast, and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

I get tacos and the birria from here pretty regular. The guy at the truck is always cool and the food is always awesome. Probably one of the best places to eat in a square mile if you ask me. Fresh food. Getting busier for lunch now. Taco Tuesday specials are awesome. I was obsessed with their Carne Asada for a while but now I’m onto the Carnitas.

Came here based on the high rating. I ordered the kids quesadilla & added carne asada & a horchata. The quesadilla tastes like Philly steak and was way too salty. Plus I prefer a mix of white and yellow cheese…. They use only white cheese. The horchata…. Now that was one of the best I’ve ever had. Ilthe texture was not watered down like most; it was sorta creamy type consistency with flavor of cinnamon but not overpowering. I’d come back and try another dish though.

Flavor, Flavor, Flavor! Wow! I got 5 tacos. Every bite was full of flavor even without the salsa. The tortilla didn’t fall apart. The meat wasn’t dry. Their red hot sauce has a kick to it which I love. My only criticism is the meat is a little too salty but other than that it’s still a great organism for your mouth. If I’m ever around the area again, I’ll stop by.

Delicious taco truck right next to Pioneer Park and just down the street from the fairgrounds.
Have only tried the tacos and horchata at this point but everything was delicious. Ordered five street tacos of the pork al pastor and the flavor of the meat was delicious. Paired perfectly with onions, cilantro, lime, some of each of their sauces, and the pickled carrot and radish. Everything was nice and fresh and delicious. Next time we are going to try the quesabirria!
