The worst one in town. No way anyone believes I didn’t just eat half the fries, but they made sure to tell me the sauces were win the bag as they ran away so fast they fumbled and almost dropped my bag on the ground. Half the fries, they swapped out my honey mustard for ranch and left one sauce I paid for our anyway, and forgot 5 ketchups, 5 mustards, and 5 mayos.Ordered ahead, about a half an hour and drove there. Still was a 12 min wait for a double cheeseburger, a mcrib meal, and a 10pc nugget. Of the 22 items they count as part of the order, they left out 16, got 2 wrong, 1 was half-full, and got three just fine. This is the normal experience here, and I’m just unfortunate to be near this one. Exclusively poor experiences here. Exclusively exceptional experiences at the location across from the airport so I drive 10mins out of ym way to go there. The one on College is about 50/50, and the others in town are ‘normal’, usually correct orders but issues on about 1 in 5 orders. The staff here are way too cool to be working here and want to let you know it through mumbled attempts at interaction. It doesn’t matter if you’re kind to them they’ll swipe your monopoly tokens right off your meals, leave items out even if paid for, and with a shocking reliability (does nobody with corporate ever check this place?) will simply not do the ‘complementary’ sides/sauces. They’re the first to drop or run out of promotional offerings, so it’s gotta be a top-down issue. No way you notice this is your staff and just say ‘OK’ fine for a whole communtiy to know I do business this way. Whatever happened to the Dobski’s?

*Nope – I was wrong. They did include 3/5 mayo packets, and then a ‘Hot Picante’ packet… Absolutely skyrocketing their order accuracy all the way up to 6/22, or 27%. And, 27% seems like the perfect overall representation of this location. Numbers are so fun, crazy how well they represent the world. This place and these people are solid 27%ers. I’d place them in the 27th percentile any day of the week. I’d lower my expectations, but again – they’re knocking it out if the park just down the street so it isn’t quality or availability of workers within their well-established first-job or career building rate of pay, my own order complexity (22 items is a lot, but not when it’s really only 3-5 and the rest is a checklist for sides & sauces you grab from a bucket to drop in a bag), how I’m ordering (you literally must order perfectly through the app they only allow the one way to compete an order), some issue with their tech or the app, and I interact the same here as anywhere else… Yes, I am a fool for going to the same place and expecting better results. Even idiots like to call that pattern of unmodified behavior ‘insanity’, and if you’re doing what an idiot would call insane you’re either doing somehting very right or very wrong. But, I like this chain, I support this chain, and if they could manage to whip their closest location to my home and work into halfway decent shape I’d be a happy man. Order fulfillment, give me the items I pay for. Then we can look to things like speed, intelligible speech, food quality, or reaching – striving to be more clean than the state’s mandated minimum acceptable level of sanitation. It can take 42 minutes, but you can’t just not give me what I paid you for and which you accepted and acknowledged beforehand on your end. There’s 100 ways to handle being out of an item, and swapping it with whatever’s near or just leaving it out and not refunding it are at the bottom of the barrel.

The most unfriendly McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. Pulled up to drive through, they asked me to order, I said I have a code. They never said anything, after some time I said Hello, the person yelled back I told you to order, I repeated that I had a code, the person then shouted you should have said that. I stayed calm, gave the code, and pulled up to the window, she literally threw my receipt in my lap, and told me to pull to the next window while yelling at someone on her phone. The food was good, normal McDonald’s food, just not a nice place to get it at.

The lady working the front was rude and very loud. I believe she was a manager of some sort.. black woman with shoulder link afro hair. She was not polite to me when I ordered my food. Gave me an attitude. She was screaming at her crew members . And the wait was very long. Waited at least 20 minutes for 2 big macs and fries which fries were also old and unsalted…
I will not come back to this McDonald’s. Bad service and rude to customers.

I don’t normally rate fast food places because they are what they are but this one was interesting. The app wasn’t working correctly, it said that I already had an order but wouldn’t give me the code, the associate at the first window was patient and helpful in getting that sorted out. Then at the second window, I asked for an ice water in addition to our order (you can’t order one on the app). The associate was very willing to get the water and joked that “it was free”. It was just funny bit at the time and made us laugh. Laughing is always a good way to start a morning.

The person taking my order purposely forgot because they were laughing and when I checked once I got home they forgot my 6 chicken nuggets, my sauces, and my large fries and I felt truly insecure as growing up I’ve been criticized and bullied my whole life and this was truly one of the final blows as no one should be treated this way in a country we fought so hard for.

Absolutely amazed last night. I ordered and paid for my meal and sat down to eat it. I young man who was an acquaintance of am employee came in and told the employee to give him two large cups and he went and got his beverages without having paid for them. If the beverage was free why did I pay for mine? In the back near the restroom was an empty table surrounded by personal items, a dog bed, dog food bowl and water bowl. There were two men and a dog outside the door so I guess it belonged to them.

McDonald’s must not employ managers any more to monitor what goes on. If this is the new McDonald’s, I am out.

Lobby has an unacceptable amount of live flies flying around. In just 12 minutes I was able to spot 7 simultaneously; they’re clearly breeding somewhere in what I imagine is a filthy back-of-house

I rarely give any stars less than a five, but I ordered two things and it took 25 minutes from pulling into the curbside to getting my food. I had to go in to get it. I was a manager for a year, and this store was ran poorly – this is different than being understaffed. I expect way more from the Milan Petro organization as I’ve had excellent experience everywhere else in town.

Fast food? More like slow food. Waiting half an hour and counting for one drink. It is the fault of management for understaffing and bad training, employees are nice but not well polished by training. Managers need to do better.
