Our order arrived and 3 of the pizzas were completely smashed into each other, resulting in the cheese sticking to the lid. They are also cut terribly inconsistently. The cookie brownie looked like it had been shaken up when delivered. The wings look like they sauce just dumped on top, and not well at that. There was not enough to cover all of the wings. My husband also said the texture of the wings was off. We will not be ordering again and really wish we had made a different decision tonight.

The ordering process was PAINFUL. I almost hung up but I was extremely invested, plus he knew my name and phone number (caller ID). I ordered 3 large pizzas, all were fantastic but one was supposed to be pepperoni and mushroom and it was pepperoni and sausage instead. But overall a good experience.

Ordered online. Pizza was delivered all messed up and missing a piece of pizza. The order was also missing a 2-liter and sauces. Called them to get refund, said I was belittling them because I refused a free pizza. The excuse was that thin crust are likely to shift. Agree 100%. But do they lose pieces too? Or is that an acceptable risk when ordering thin crust delivery. And does that shifting apply to the missing soda and sauce? Just wanted a refund and got flak because their preference is to keep the money vs refund.

Food was meh, but as expected. The problem was the manager or whoever was in charge. As I waited for my pizzas I overheard the most abusive and profane language from him aimed at his employees. Sorry, but nope! No one deserves that abuse. Oh, and an employee came out to apologize (not the manager) and said my pizzas were on the house (they weren’t, I had paid and got no refund) – I just wanted to get out of there ASAP – and I will absolutely not be returning.

Shout out to the staff working on 9/21/25 around 7:15pm. You guys rock. I was very impressed with how you all were keeping up with the pizza orders and serving the customers coming in. My pizza was perfect! Hot and fresh and it was ready on time. I don’t know how you ladies and gents did it especially on football Sunday. I could tell you all were tired but I didn’t hear not one complaint. Thank you for all you do!

It’s a sad state of affairs that a disabled person chooses the option for curbside/car side pick up. And the able bodies under 30 didn’t have the strength, energy or basic customer service skills to bring the pizza that’s under 1 pound to the car. The meat tasted rancid/old.
