Restaurant was very clean and even though I was coming in for a late dinner and it was not very busy the food looked very fresh and appealing. I used the purple rice, spicy chicken, an array of veggies and the gochujang sauce. The staff was very friendly and helpful and obviously very diligent in their work. Cleaning up when we entered but greeted us promptly, answered my questions directly and confident and moved very quickly.
The portions were excellent, I think big enough for even a large eater but not so big you have two meals and are wasting anything you can’t take with you. Tables were clean and relatively comfortable for being unpadded. While we were there eating a few other customers came in and I noticed they all received prompt service as well.
No complaints to be found in my visit, I think places like this are as good as the staff so this is a well run location. If it weren’t outside my regular area I’d definitely go back – as it is if I’m back that way again I’ll definitely remember it’s there when hungry.

This was my first visit here. I ordered a bowl. There were three people working two younger men and an older man. One young man prepared it handed it to the other young man to check out. The older man came over and mumbled to the cashier to add three dollars for extra chicken. I did not order extra chicken. I did not receive extra chicken. This was straight up trying to overcharge a customer without their knowledge. This place is not trustworthy and I will not be back. The food was mediocre at best.

First time trying! We went into the overland Park location by oak park mall but quickly walked out due to the quality of food(old) and never had an opportunity to actually try. Decide to give this location a try, the food was fresh, the staff was helpful and nice! Definitely highly recommend this location and will be returning only to this location due to the quality of food and friendliness of the staff.

Update: 1 year later- still phenomenal! Anna is an absolute gem, even if it’s been awhile since we’ve stopped by, she still remembers my order. She is the reason this is now the only one i go to. Everyone at this location seems to enjoy being here which makes a huge difference for those of us on the other side of the counter. But she definitely brings an energy that can’t be replicated or replaced.

I had placed an online order and when I arrived the two staff at the location were busy with a large order. The staff was very hardworking and got to my order once they had finished the larger order. They apologized for the wait and even offered a free drink. This was great service and some hard working individuals. Fully recommended this location.

I had an outstanding experience at Bibibop! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and well-organized. The store manager Diego went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time he was incredibly friendly, attentive to every detail, and made sure my order was perfect. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with great portions and a clean, inviting atmosphere. Thanks to Diego and his team, I left feeling truly appreciated as a customer. Awesome! We came in last minute with a party of Nine people, they had three staff on hand. A family was in front of us, there were a TON of Doordarsh orders, and yet the team worked great together to get every order taken care of quickly and accurately. Once everyone was seated and got to try our food, one gentleman even came out to check on each table that everyone was enjoying their food. I even watched him take a table’s trash for them.
The food was amazing and the prizes super reasonable! We are from out of town, but I would like to come back sometime soon.

When this location opened, I received 52 coupons for a free bowl weekly (yes, that is one year of lunch dates!). We have been going weekly for close to one year now and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, the service is fast, and the team is wonderful. We’ll be coming back for a long time to come!

It was my husbands and I first time going there and it did not disappoint! It was delicious and fresh! We will definitely be back. Danny, was so incredibly nice and walked us through our first visit! He went above and beyond! He deserves a raise!
