Second time in a row that they have made my order wrong. A couple weeks ago in the drive-thru they forgot to give us the cake pop we ordered. We noticed after we drove off and didn’t have time to go back. Today, we ordered a white chocolate mocha and they forgot the chocolate. We went back for a refund and didn’t even get an apology.

Perfectly made Timberwolve Crunch Cooler. Ordered through the app and picked up at the drive thru without any issues. The woman at the window was friendly and personable. The pickup window is a little higher than other drive thru windows, interesting.

I usually have a great experience here—the environment is welcoming, and my order is right on point. The only consistent issue I’ve run into is when one particular employee is working. I always order ahead for a specific pickup time, but when I arrive, my food is often not ready. When I ask about it, the response I get feels dismissive or rushed, which isn’t the type of customer care I expect.
I completely understand that things can get busy, and I try to be patient and polite, but the way it’s handled makes me feel like I’m being brushed off. Maybe it’s a staffing or management issue, but either way, it seems like she could use some extra support during those times.
Unfortunately, this last visit crossed a line for me. I ordered a matcha drink and when I got it, there were shavings inside—what looked like either part of the matcha packaging or possibly even metal from the blender. Since it’s a blended drink, I have no idea how much was in there, and I had to throw the whole thing away. That was seven dollars wasted, and it made me feel unsafe about the quality.
Because of that, I will no longer be ordering anything when she is the one working. I still think this is a good spot overall, but I really hope management addresses this issue so customers don’t have to deal with experiences like mine in the future.

I always enjoy a good Campfire Mocha (with dark chocolate) from Caribou! Especially on these fall cooler days. Came in later in the day when there was no one else in the store.

They make great drinks which is why I risked going there once in a while, but it seems mobile orders are bumped to the end of the line no matter how busy they are so prepare to wait quite a while. Staff is very genuine when the are apologizing. They can’t refund mobile orders if you can’t wait any longer and have to leave.

Waited well over 20 minutes sitting at the window. Nobody came to window. Looks like they were helping in person customers though. Total wait 30 mintues after ordering. Decided to drive off.

Got an XL caramel high rise and it is just flavored milk. Very disappointing! I love caribou but I don’t feel like paying $8.01 for flavored milk is ridiculous!! Guess I will just have to go to Jordan or mankato for caribou. Never been disappointed by those store. The staff at the New Prague caribou cannot handle a lot of orders or people at once… way to light for a iced caramel high rise ☹Very disappointed!!

Me and my mom come here every sunday for coffee and we typically order online. It usually takes them longer than the time we order for which is fine because we understand that stuff gets busy and backed up fast, however, today in particular, we ordered for pickup at 7:30 and didn’t receive our last drink until almost 8. Meanwhile cars were moving in and out of the drive through.
