What a great spot! I will become a regular! Go and meet Darren! What a great guy! The entire spot is a vibe. Look for the blue light at night. It can be a chill spot or a turn up! Drinks were delish!!! Go. Go. Go!

I visited Darren’s Speakeasy in Renton for the first time and had such a lovely experience. The food and drinks were amazing, I especially loved the Fijian-style potato samosas!!! The atmosphere is laid back and cool, and the owner (Darren) and staff (McKenzie and Sonnie) were all incredibly attentive and kind. I also had a great time playing pool and games. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back for future events and making this spot a staple!

We had THE BEST TIME here!!! Thanks Darren for truly bring so hospitable and warm to us. He welcomed us with a genuine smile and we were able to at one point man the music for the night, which was so fun! The atmosphere is funky and cool with interesting memorabilia all around, large TVs, great sound system, and all around great vibes. The drinks were awesome as well, and truly notable were the TOTS. SO DELICIOUS.

I had the pleasure of attending the ribbon cutting at Darren’s Speakeasy, and WOW — what an incredible space! Every corner has its own unique vibe, making it feel like you’re exploring a collection of hidden gems all under one roof.
There’s an awesome retro wall covered in classic 80’s and 90’s vinyl records and CDs that instantly sparks nostalgia, a stunning blue and white flower wall perfect for photos, and even a cozy greenery corner that gives off a relaxing, lounge-like feel. Everywhere you look there’s something to catch your eye — from movie memorabilia to signed jerseys, posters, and vintage magazines.
They currently offer beer and wine while they await their liquor license approval, and it’s the perfect spot to unwind, socialize, and soak in the fun, creative atmosphere.
Highly recommend checking out Darren’s Speakeasy — it’s a true hidden gem and a must-see!!

Awesome new spot in Renton! It’s not just a bar, it’s a great place to chill and hang out for hours. Super relaxed vibe, and the owner was incredibly nice. We ended up chatting for a bit and it made the experience even better. Definitely a hidden gem in Renton. All games are free and music is great

We saw this place on Facebook and decided we needed to stop by and check it out. I am so glad we did! Darren was so kind and friendly. He stood and chatted with us and told us all about his plans for the Speakeasy. There were so many things to look at, take photo’s with, and the music was great! I can’t wait to go there again and take some friends!

My husband and I came in a week ago and we’re so glad we stopped by! I literally found this place because it showed up as a tag on Google, and it’s the cutest little bar with a vintage/clubby feel, plus a pool table and games! Darren the owner was also awesome, it’s always great to meet people who really care about their establishments. Great prices for wine and cocktails and a fun vibe, we’ll definitely be back!
