Food is ok but consistently misses sides and sauces. The prices have gone up to a point where it’s hard to justify. This quesadilla and coke were $17 with tax (also paid for sour cream I didn’t get).

We go to this place on a regular basis. The food is good and we enjoy it, obviously for how much we go there. I will say that they CONSISTENTLY forget and miss things on our order. It is pretty much a gamble whether or not we get our sauces for the chimichanga or if we actually get the adds on we paid for. We kind of jut go with it, but it’s something I should add. It does make me sad sometimes. But when they get it right it’s really good, quick and satisfying! Love their steak tacos and they have great queso.

Stopped in for some enchiladas. Service was excellent, menu items were reasonable priced. Chips and salsa were good, salsa was a bit too watery for my taste, but good. Enchiladas were on the small side but very good. Soda was excellent. All in all a pleasant experience.

Not all Tacos El Cuando are created equal. I’ve been to two others and they don’t rate compared to this one. This one has the best chorizo I’ve ever tasted. Perfectly spiced and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended.

As im waiting on my food i watched the chef in the kitchen stuffing his face with handheld food then go back to cooking without changing his gloves. I ordered #1 taco and received a tortilla with just onions and peppers. No rice no beans no cheese nothing but peppers.Ive traveled many countries and lived in Mexico for 3 years never have i had to make it clear i wanted rice and beans because thats the base layer of most Hispanic food especially tacos. If anything i had to tell them don’t put rice and beans on my food if i wanted it specific. The young guy at the front counter that took the order started speaking Spanish to the chef . And arrogantly started laughing and talking about the fact I wanted beans on my taco as if i asked for steak or something. Rice and beans are the bare minimum base layer of all burritos and tacos and normal Mexican restaurants don’t make you order them separately to start because thats basic common sense . I wven had to ask for silverware . The prices are outrageous as well. They hike up the price for the basic Mexican food just because they’re in East GR. Not worth the price and Mexican restaurants on burton st in the Hispanic neighborhoods are way better and more authentic.

I enjoyed a nice lunch here that included horchata along with the three taco combo. The rice and beans were good, but the tacos were especially delicious. It really hit the spot. The interior was clean, but reminded me maybe a bit too much of chain fast casual restaurants to impress me. The food was good though.

Stopped in for some authentic tacos. Service was excellent, and menu items were priced appropriately. Chips and salsa and guacamole were very good. The only thing i would say is salsa was a bit too watered down and needed a little salt. Steak Tacos Rice and beans were perfect on the sjde their was a pepper and some large onions that caught me off guard on how spicy they were, but still great. Excellent experience.

These tacos were incredible. I got the pastor tacos, and they were so flavorful and delicious. They also gave us chips and salsa, and that was very good too! Will be going back, would recommend.
