On 04/16/2025 at 2:34pm I placed a pickup order for drive thru at this location. I ordered an egg and cheese with extra egg and one order of hash browns. The egg and cheese sandwich had only one egg on a flaky, very dry, and unpalatable croissant. The hash browns were all completely dry and burnt except for one! And the one had a hair embedded in it! This location is a joke. When the ladies are working my orders seem fine. Today I encountered 2 men laughing loudly joking with one another when one told me “Just wait for the food.” I nodded and waited patiently and this is how my order came out… severely disappointed and will be contacting corporate!

easily the best dunkin in the area! it’s large and you can actually sit down here- plentiful seating, which is unlike most dunkins.

This Dunkin donuts is very nice. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. The only comment I have to make here, is that they don’t leave out any condiments at all. I do understand that, people get greedy. However, you still have to make it available to people on some level. And this includes napkins as well. So, the only thing I would really change is just be less barebones than you are. It would be better for business in the end.

Walked into the Dunkin’ Donuts today four workers were behind the counter All not Bizzy or doing anything. One decided to behave like she was sweeping. The other guy just turned to act like he was on and picking up the tissue paper for the donuts. One guy said on the floor by the drive-through I was treated like I was invisible. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman of color, a black woman, but it was terrible. Watch this happen many occasions I will not give them my money.

Went through the drive thru around 8am and the donut was completely stale and my hash browns were cold. I should’ve checked before I pulled off but I was exhausted from work. Won’t be coming back unfortunately

Every morning for a year I went here before work, for pick up orders. The order is usually prepared but missing something I have to ask for. One of the staff is awesome the rest suck.

they always make my drink wrong i used to go here everyday before school and they always seem to mess up my order and never listen. i stopped asking them to fix my order because i got tired of it and i stopped going to this specific dunkin for a reason but its the most convenient when im in a rush. they also put alot alot of ice than regular needed when its not asked for. they also once put bacon in my sandwich when i said no bacon and im not allowed to eat bacon because of my religion. they also are very not professional and talk too much . can yall please get new workers or fire your employees because they actually suck at their job ty
