I wanted to just give a Shout of praise to the gal working the counter- on Fri 11/21 – she was busting it out with taking orders, putting pizza’s up in the warmer oven, greeting customers as they came in answering the phone, all with a smile and kindness.. I ordered a pizza and waited about 20 min observing this all while I was there waiting and seen 2 other gals just standing in the back talking- while the whole time the front counter gal was busting it out! I LOVE little Caesars but I’ve ordered here 4 times since opening and every single time my pizza order is made improperly. I didn’t leave a bad review for that because they ALWAYS remade it for me properly which is awesome. But today was the last straw for me. They remade it and it wasn’t even fully cooked… i noticed it was super doughy once I got home.

Honestly I used to love little Ceasars in Anchorage, but the wasilla one is not there yet.. first of all the website for ordering is awful, I cant add one deal to my cart and then go back to the menu without everything in my cart resetting… second the food itself tastes different I dont know if the sauce is new or what, but it does not like my family’s tummies. Finally, there is no customer service, even if people are grabbing theyre own pizza from the portal you should atleast peak your head up and say welcome or hello, something. Have a good day!

Manager left when there was a lot of people that was needed help and her crew. Coming here for the first time it the greatest first time. I called in for my order 2 1/2 hours before going to the store and wanted till they closed to get my order. The crew who stayed and helped thank you especially to Zack who was running the register and more. Five stars to him.

I ordered 2 pizzas when I got off work at 2am to be picked up at 6pm in the app. I show up just before 6pm no issues waiting. 6:15 I ask about my order and get told it’ll be 2 more minutes. 6:25 I asked again and the shift manager goes back there and doesn’t give me an up. Around 6:30 I get an update in the app that my order was finally in the oven. I finally got my order just before 6:50. I contacted them in the app and have been ignored so if I could give them a 0/10 I would. Either shape up or shut down also blonde ponytail pizza cutter needs to stop wiping his hands on his pants.
