I’ve been up to this store 4 since it opened. I live in hollinger’s island in the community. Every time I’ve been up here I’ve had a horrible experience. The last 2 pics is the sandwich I got. When I came directly out the store and took the pictures with the receipt. The first pic is Subway’s own display of what a sandwich should look like. I asked the lady about the sandwich she basically just blew me off. I thought it was just growing pains because it was a new store.Tonight was the last straw and the reason why I’m writing this post. Since these 4 times, I’ve learned that they just don’t care at this sotre. I’ve had a different person serve me every time. I was hoping for something better for our community. My order was at 6:39 I’m fixing to hit the post at 7:32. The only reason why it took me this long to write this review. I had to go to Subway and write a review there with the receipt numbers.

I can say I had mouth tune up for this veggie pizza with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, cheese, black olives, spinach, bell peppers, jalapeños, I think that’s it I mean it’s a veggie pizza so you get the point, so all my food that I just named was cut, so I’m like ok, I know if you continue to put a knife from food to food don’t you THINK you should have a knife for people that doesn’t eat meat?? I’m one of those people and it tasted like tuna and I have meat, nor seafood in 2 years and that make me sick to my stomach so I added peppercorn ranch to it and boom I’m good, so I also got a said similar to my pizza I did add bananas peppers also, and same thing my veggies was cut yet again. So I get home take my picture of the food, bite into and it tastes like TUNA I wanted to vomit, so I’m like ok maybe it just me so I gave the salad a try and I’m not sure if it’s the peppercorn ranch that tastes like tuna or if they actually made a tuna right before me and use the same water to cut my veggies OMG come to think of it that’s really gross. Im sorry I will NOT be coming back.

I used to go to this location twice a week. I ordered a tuna sub and it was bad. The product was bad. So I brought it to the owners attention which is a little Indian lady and she tried to make an example out of me as a bad customer. She takes the employee’s tips. So don’t give him a tip because it goes in her pocket. I’m reporting her to Subway as well as the health department. She is rude and obnoxious. I highly recommend you don’t give her any business

I literally have no idea how people can review this place so low. This is by far the best subway I’ve ever been in. It is definitely the freshest and cleanest one I have ever seen. And I’ve been to a lot. Keep up the great work guys! And thank you so much!

Food was great but no masks on anyone but myself. We are under a state mandate to wear them so I feel its important to follow that mandate until other wise told. And the staff well they could have been a bit more professional. Talking is one thing but I literally had to stand there while the girl ringing me out was complaining about the info the other lady gave her about her job. Customer service is everything and while its totally cool to talk but watch what you say and take care of your customers before going on a 5 min rant about your job problems. I seriously almost left my food and said never mind because it was taking her so long, but I was starving.

Always get great service here. Today was extra special. I felt horrible and the only thing that sounded good was a meatball sub. I sat in the parking lot, called in the order and they let me know when it was ready. Thank you for making me feel taken care of.

I was able to walk right in and get my order then go within 5 minutes even though there’s a line going out the door. Since Hurricane Sally it’s hard to find business that are open and not to mention taking cash only. Online ordering is available and I was able to pay without it being cash only.
