first time here and extremely pleased. Sort of set up like a Chipotle, where you pick and choose what items you want with your beef, chicken, or fish. Plenty of options and I was lucky to get Victor who was very patient and helpful, so I could peruse and decide what I wanted. Only a couple of ingredients are extra, the guac and pineapple chunks. All the ingredients look very fresh, and tasted fresh, too. If you aren’t in the mood to pick and choose they have a bunch of ready to go recipe’s up on the board to pick from. A couple nice touches; water cups right out in the open you don’t have grovel for one, and besides the cola fountain, some nice canned and bottled stuff, SpinDrift and such, even some fancy tea’s. Also some Miso soup for free by the beverages. Nice place to sit down to enjoy your meal, high ceilings and some very pleasing non-offending music playing, but not too loud so you can carry out a conversation. A great value for the price for such a fresh meal.

Ordered a bowl with sesame ginger sauce. It didn’t taste like the normal sauce, more like sesame oil. I went to the counter and explained the situation and asked for a side of the sauce. I was told I had to buy a packet of sauce. They would not just put a little bit in a cup. I will never go to this location again.

We got to go their media pre grand opening event with Cincinnati Mom Collective and are SO EXCITED about this new location!! It’s closer to our new house, which means we’ll be there a whole lot more! The staff is incredible (they’re learning, so be kind!), the food is delectable as always, and we tried a cookie for the first time… oh boy, this is going to be trouble! 😉

Normally I come here on e a week but this last time has left me sick the next morning with cramps and vomiting. The steak tasted off this time around or different. I also noticed they were way fattier this time around too. Something has changed at this location, I dont think I will be coming here again after a case of being ill the next day.
