We had a great meal at Bonchon. We started with the pot stickers tossed in the garlic soy sauce, which were crispy and packed with flavor. For entrées, we tried the katsu chicken and the chicken sandwich with seasoned French fries. The katsu chicken was crispy and satisfying, and the fried egg on top was a great addition that brought everything together. The chicken sandwich was ok, it was chicken strips…. a little disappointed. Although crispy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the seasoned fries was hoping for more than strips. Overall, everything came out hot and fresh with bold flavors. Definitely a solid spot when you’re craving crispy chicken and Korean-inspired comfort food.

First time visiting Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken in Jonesboro, and it was such a good experience! We ordered the Seoul Sampler with BBQ sauce and the doughnuts — everything was super delicious, crispy, and flavorful. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. The only small hiccup was that my husband found a strand of hair in his chicken, but he just laughed it off and didn’t let it ruin our meal. The place was spotless and had a welcoming vibe—clean tables, cozy lighting, Overall, still a great first visit, and we’ll definitely give them another try!

Best fried chicken in town, without a close second. The drumsticks were giant. They were juicy, crunchy, and perfectly sauced. The fries were pretty good. That donut… amazing. I couldnt finish my food because there was so much! I likely could share this meal with another person. Only $11.99 for all of this.
The staff was so nice. They helped me pick a sauce, checked on me as I ate, and was just overall very kind and upbeat.

Really pretty delicious! I had the 5 strip meal, it was a huge portion! The pickled radishes and street corn were really good! I got the soy garlic flavor on my strips, and got a side of the spicy mayo. Really delicious! I’ll go back and try the wings next!

Finally got to eat at this new chicken spot in town and it ended up being pretty good. I tried to stop and eat a few other times but the wait times, which I was told were between 45-60 minutes, were not good. I believe this was a just a product of a new and busy restaurant because when I finally did get to try it, the service was only about 10 minutes.
I ordered the small (6 piece) Korean BBQ wing combo and it came with coleslaw and an additional side, which I got onion rings. The wings were huge, juicy, and flavorful. If I could change one thing, I would have gotten the sauce on the side. The coleslaw was rather plain and simply tasted like a mix with some mayo blended in and the onion rings, while crispy, needed some salt.
Overall, good spot, the chicken is great but the sides I have had could use some improvement.

Madison deserves a raise because she sold us on everything. She explained everything so well and let us taste sauces first. Not having a lot of experience with Korean chicken, her advice was stellar and this was one of the best meals I have had in Jonesboro! Kudos to BonChon and to Madison!

I went to Bonchons recently and while I understand the hype, it’s just an okay wing place. It tastes exactly what you would expect out of good wings. The thing that really makes them stand out are the size of the wings. They were really big, bigger than any other wings that I have had at any other wing place here in Jonesboro, and so that was a plus. I also ordered their bulgogi fries, because one, it sounded delicious, and two, they tasted delicious. Probably the best thing on the menu, but I haven’t tried their entire menu yet- but this is just my educated guess on how great the bulgogi fries were, you just have to try them.

I’ve eaten at these before in my travels, glad to see one in the small town of Jonesboro. Chicken was good, the drumsticks are large. I had the small drumstick combo with pickled radish. Place wasn’t too busy but fried chicken is not fast food and takes a while to make so I ended up waiting a little bit for my meal. Service was good and atmosphere was nice. Will come back and try more menu options. The spicy flavor is good and spicy. Stay away from it if you think black pepper is spicy.

I’ve spent a few months in Korea and I’ve been trying to find a place that can come close to their fried chicken. This place did a fantastic job! The flavor was amazing and the portion size is crazy. I ordered the “small” order of chicken legs and I (a 300lb man) didn’t even come close to finishing. I am excited to try the rest of their menu
