Great place! The best Ramen I had in Italy, wooden spoons and chopsticks, marinated eggs, deep broth taste. The prices are fair, around 14 euro for a Ramen, the setting is very much authentic and stylish

A piece of Japan in the heart of Verona.
This cozy and friendly Ramen Bar has all it takes to let every customer that comes in feel and taste one of the most typical Japanese traditions.
The first time my girlfriend and I tried their Tokyo Ramen (best seller) we were stunned: the quality of the ingredients of every Ramen Bowl is top notch.
Overall the staff suggestions are on point and it really appears that it has been done a lot of studies behind all of this project.
Some of the items are made in house, which is great.
The dining set-up is something I really like and enjoy (no reservations, no individual tables).
They even offer a variety of seasonal/season inspired dishes.
We are regulars at Yume and we enjoy it a lot every time we are in Verona together.
You can become a member of their loyalty program, Yumers Club, where you can get free noodles refill for your Ramen (Kaedama) and even get a priority access to their exclusive events.

My love for ramen happened in Osaka many years ago and I didn’t think that it can happen again and in Italy. But Verona had a surprise.
This Ramen cafe hidden in a small alley gave us an unforgettable experience.
Absolutely top quality classic ramen and zen minimalistic interior with philosophical question to yourself: What’s your dream?
There is a piece of paper and a pencil on the table in front of you and you are asked to go through 3 steps.
1. Admit your love to yourself and listen to yourself.
2. Using positive verbs, formulate what is really important to you!
3. Write your dream with the beginning phrase: I want ….
Take the first step towards making your dream come true.
And after it, hang this piece of paper on the magic wall. The staff says that it works and dreams come true. Of course, this is just a creative marketing ploy, but who knows, maybe this wall is really magic? 😉

I was craving for ramen since I moved here in Italy last year. The taste was really close to the legit ramen. I had Tokyo ramen with egg. I could say that the egg was too salty. The atmosphere was cool but they forgot to bring the onigiri before the ramen so I had to cancel it because I was already full. My husband who is vegan enjoyed his Tantan-Veg and gyoza. We will definitely come back! Recommended for those who are craving for legit ramen :p

Modern style shop, but seating keeps people close together like typical ramen stalls. Broth is not very rich compared to other shops. Price on the higher end.

The ramen is good especially because the broth is warm but not too hot. I didn’t really like the salad in the meals but prices are good. The shrimp gyoza were especially tasty! It’s nice that you can write down your dreams and aspiration for good whishes 🙂

I was excited to see an authentic ramen restaurant in Verona, and it did not disappoint. I had the bacon & egg one, which doesn’t have broth, and it was so full of flavor. The fresh green tea was a nice complement to the meal. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful, and I even got to take with me a nice little Ikigai worksheet. I really liked this place and will definitely be back.

Incredible experience. Highly recommend. The vegan options of ramen and dessert were memorable. Definitely a must-visit for anyone visiting Verona. We celebrated our special occasion here.

This place had a perfect 5 star rating so we went. It deserves every single star!
We had two different types of ramen, one vegetarian, and they were both amazing! Their green tea that we had with the ramen reminded me of peaches, absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is just wow! They have a ‘wall of dreams’ where you can write down your dreams for the future. This lead to an incredibly interesting dinner conversation.
They also have gluten free noodles!

They have a printed menu in Italian and a digital menu in English (and possibly other languages)

The ramen was a good standard ramen, but nothing extraordinary:) the meat was a bit dry and overcooked, the broth was good but didn’t taste of much the noodles were good, and the toppings matched the ramen really well! The atmosphere was amazing and the service was really good! The size of the ramen was great, and the aesthetic was beautiful

The dumplings didn’t taste of much and the texture was too chewy and thick, in my opinion, so I would skip those☺️

But all in all compared to the price, then it was good! But if you have high expectations and have had many ramens beforehand then just take all this in to consideration
