We have been Flyers customers since it came to Pickerington. We’ve had very few issues, and any have been easily rectified. We have small kids, so our order stays pretty consistent. We placed the same order we usually do, with “well-done” pretzel bites, and the order arrived with black, crispy pretzel bites. I called the location and when I described the issue, the store personnel said “well you did order them well done.” I explained this was outside of the norm of what we order/receive and he again stated they were “well done.” Regardless of what I said, the employee only asserted that I ordered them well-done. If there is a small quality issue here and there – that’s expected, it’s a restaurant. My problem in this instance was with the lack of customer service and condescending customer communication. I understand businesses like this hire mostly high school kids, but I can get better quality food from less condescending people.

Only been here a few times. Food was ready on time and accurate. Decent overall flavor but you better like sweet sauce on your pizza. Friendly staff.

You guys went so far above and beyond!! The customer service from Kat and the quality of product was outstanding! Not to mention.. the note you left in our pizza box made the difference. What has happened to this pizza. It’s been our favorite since opening. But our last two have been awful. Tastes like a take and bake. Not fresh at all. The crust is stale, so much sauce like it’s to moisten up the stale crust. It’s not hot when we get it. Used to be. It’s absolutely horrible. We stopped getting pizza here for a while and got it again tonight. Awful. Whatever you all have changed it’s not good.

I almost never get pizzas from chain restaurants..too many bad experiences. However, the pizza from Flyers was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful and the service was extraordinary. I am now a fan of this restaurant and will return soon for more. Keep up the great work!
