Food was surprisingly good. Place was small and abandoned however; I saw about 5 people walk in the entire time I was there.

Today Oct 31 @7:50 I ordered two grilled pressed sandwiches. Once I got there the sandwiches weren’t pressed, they were also cold. I requested a refund and she told me she doesn’t know how to do the refund. So now I go home with two cold sandwiches and I don’t get what I ordered. First and last time I order at this subway. Update: When I got home, both sandwiches were poorly made. It’s a shame how low customer service has gone. Spoke to the Owner and a refund was offered if I brought my sandwiches back. This was offered when I contacted him 4 days later. Safe to say I will not continue to shop at this location.

My boyfriend ordered the food online for order pickup; for one the food wasn’t even made until he got there plus the food was not made right! His sandwich had the wrong veggies and no mayo. My sub barely had any meat , a lot of veggies but no mayo no mustard or any other sauce I asked for. The service was horrible and the sandwiches was dry ! Don’t eat here .

I was in the process of having my sandwich prepared when the employee next to the one preparing my food sneezed – without covering his mouth!
This was the same man who was next in finishing my sandwich, so I immediately left before my food was even done.
I was not going to take any chances with my health. Absolutely unacceptable!

I ordered pickup here by mistake and a mistake it was…it was intended for the one in the Kroger shopping center on Chapel Hill, not the one behind McDonald’s. Long story short, I ordered the Philly cheesesteak on Flatbread, with American cheese, onions, bell peppers, with mayo, toasted. There were no bell peppers nor cheese, just meat, mayo and a couple of onions on “warmed” Flatbread. There was NOTHING appealing about this sandwich. I will never make this mistake again.

Haven’t been to Subway in quite some time. A couple of people kept telling me about the wrap so I went for lunch and finally tried my sub on a spinach wrap and I absolutely loved it! I doubt I ever eat my sub on bread again. The wrap tasted so light and refreshing. Definitely my preference going forward. I’d highly recommend you try the wraps as well.
